I find it interesting that in spite of all the fears after Citizens United in Wisconsin, at least, the most money does not buy an election. Now true that there was a significant amount of liberal money pumped in from outside as well as the Musk money from outside, but in the end Wisconsinites did what they do. I find it interesting that 6 of the 7 Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices are women. A trend coming for some time given women started outnumbering men in law schools in the 1980's, but such a dramatic example surprises me nonetheless. I am concerned that the new Justice came out and declared her election a win for democracy and commented that had her opponent won it would have been a defeat for democracy. She is not democracy. Fraankly her attitude scares me. Will she rule by the law or by personal politics? I see the Cjhief Justice, a conservative, is done in 2027. I know the family of the only male Justice.
