One year i was back home during the time the ride was scheduled. My Dad got me to ride it with him. We showed up early as my Dad hsad a pass for VIP parking. Yeah, we heard about this during the debate when he tried to take credit for what he stated would be the hostages imminent release, and now again he tells us this. He said something like the deal was based on his framework. Apparently that framework was that the Israelis would stop kicking Hamas' ass righteously for the unprovoked savagery they committed and continue to commit by holding innocents in underground tunnels, subjecting them to abuse and rape. The Israelis would allow Hamas to survive and reconstitute and for this they would eventually, not immediately, get one innocent hostage back for every 33 criminal terroists the Jews release. I am waiting for suits by indigenous poeples claiming the land was sacred ,has been stolen, and that theft is now routinely acknowledged by the local governments who start their meetings with land acknowledgments ,and they, the indigenous people want it back and in the state it was when it was stolen, i.e., undeveloped. Such a suit would gain no traction in any other State, but in California, I could easily get such a suit past summary judgment and might even win it. Such a suit would really gum up the works.
