I note that most jams are attributable to poor gun maintenance or more frequently to faulty shooting technique, with handguns that poor technique being a limp wrist. Semi-automatics require a firm hold to cycle properly. Given that I do not see a professional, I see an inexperienced shooter. As for clearing a jam most are cleared quite easily and from what I see he swiped at the jam instead of cycling the slide so I question his technique.
