Anyone just hear what Leticia James just said?

How many have been adjudicated on the merits in an appeal?

I’m willing to question the media now.

It is as if I could have predicted this earlier in this thread. Oh, wait ...
  4. When can we expect the new Administration to start hiring more Immigration Magistraters? What will the pay be?

Could Biden order Trump and Vance to be killed?

Biden can't order at a Deli. His caregiver does the ordering, Jack!

    Popular vote.

I cannot reconcile the Country growing and the total vote decreasing so drastically from four years ago. Well I can but I don't like to embrace conspiracy theories. The good news is Kamala is out. the bad news ....

I’m willing to question the media now.

As for what names we are welcome to call Tim, is it limited to his list in his first post? Could we combine two or more of those listed?

I’m willing to question the media now.

So, Tim will question the media, and after doing so decide they are making herculean efforts to tell the truth in spite of them having butressed Biden and having tried to lionize and beatify Harris, an empty pants suit from Hillary's 2013 collection of pants suits from T.J. Maxx. His "questioning" will lead to reaffirmation of his beliefs. Such is his pattern. Sadly he fails to see this.
  9. I want to make an AI remake of clooney singing Man of Constant Sorrow I want to insert Obama and Pelosi for Pete and Delmar. I want the new lyrics he sings to be as follows: I am a man of constant sorrow, I've stabbed Joe Bidden in the back Now I bid farewell to old Kamala, That DEI hire was just a hack. (That DEI hire, was just a hack) For four long years Trump's been in trouble, In partisan courts through out the land Yet in spite of all my petty efforts, I could not eliminate that man. (We could not eliminate that man) Now it's fare thee well to Bobby DeNiro I never expect to see him again He's bound to ride that expatriot railroad, Perhaps He'll die upon that train (Perhaps he'll die upon that train) You can bury lawfare in some deep valley, For many years where it may lay Then you may learn to love another, While it is sleeping in its grave (While it is sleeping in its grave) Maybe your friends think I'm just a stranger My face, you'll never see no more But there is one promise that is given You will never meet a bigger hor (You'll never meet a bigger hor) Can anyone help?

Trump has defeated two of them now.

Today I'm Going To Do Something I Hardly Ever Do

I imagine there will be denial and anger and conspiracy theories. Acceptance, well not so much. Magnaminity, not so much.

    This economy is so bad

Oh I appreciate the futures are a fleeting indicator and by the end of the week the markets may be down, but I did find the initial reaction interesting.
  15. I have no problem with justice. I have no problem with truth or historical accuracy. I just wish to avoid getting bogged down in the past when the future becons. I believe it is tough to walk into a future taht includes an ill-recorded historical past and so correcting that is important, but not as important as addressing pressing issues such as the border, american manufacturing, and golbal peace.

    Victory Celebration

It is really quite lovely, and the world is very quiet with that insulating blanket of snow. Of course the plows and snowblowers will change that very soon, but for now it is as if the world wanted to exhale and relax for just a moment. BTW, congrats on the accuracy of your recent prognostications. Not perfect, but still very impressive.
  17. I agree that the court system may have well been abused. Still, one only has to look to the post immediately following yours to see that same may, not will but may seek retribution. How history will treat the "lawfare is not yet written, though the left media tried mightily to do so. Now that legacy can be reexamined and I think it should, for historical clarity, but I believe magnanimy may be best for the country. I do not I am pleased with the markets apparently moving robustly forward.

    Victory Celebration

My flowers are buried under 10 inches of snow and it is still snowing.
  19. Because the country is more important than the man? Because retribution takes us back and not forward. Because sometimes the best retribution is pity on ones enemies.

    This economy is so bad

Early indications in the market futures are that the markets love Trump being voted in, or Harris being voted out. The Dow looks to open up over 1000 points up.
  21. So, not very magnanimous or concilatory.

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

What will this mean for the "lawfare" cases? Will he get to replace a Supreme Court Justice or two during his tenure? A few are getting up there in age. Not Ruth Bader ginsburg old, but old.

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

Yes, but CNN notes Trump may be on the "Brink of A Victory" at 266 Electoral College votes.

    A woman's right to choose

Maybe they should get an IUD as a requirement to get a driver's license and to vote. For men, maybe they should get a reversible vasectomy before getting a license or being allowed to register to vote. We then make phucking without protection a crime punishable by sterilization.
