It discusses what is taken in directly, and what goes out, directly, from government coffers. It does not take into account the actual costs, the increased housing shortage, the school overcrowding which means native born children recieve less attention and so become less educated costing the economy money over their entire lifestimes, what is the long term cost of that? It does not take into account increased insurance costs for motorist who subsidize uninsured motorists nor health care insurance costs which subsidize their health care. What is the cost of the reintroduction of third world diseases to our countyry? What is the cost of the next terrorist event which has become statistically more likely to occur? It also does no try to amortize the costs in human lives of our citizens who get raped and or murdered by illegals. What is the cost of one's wife or daughters getting raped, of one's husband or father murdered, and how does that get worked into the equation? Legalized immigration and legalized guest worker programs can provide all of the benefits the economy and or you seek from immigration while controlling the costs.
