In my area, it's out of control and I don't see how it's sustainable. In my subdivision alone, houses will list for an absurd price and immediately flag as pending. I've never seen anything like it, has a lot of us considering selling. Anybody who's been in their house more than 5 years is making massive profit. It's a desired area and all but, none of it makes sense.

I'll have to check this out. The idea of following these 3 is pretty intriguing, the best, a middle of the pack guy, and a guy struggling to get or keep a job. They have it all covered. I can go without ever seeing Mahomes wife or brother though. Hopefully they aren't involved much.

Teaching is a fine profession. Especially as a household's secondary income. Several of my core group of friends have wives that teach. They complain non-stop about the pay and lack of resources but, they are making an impact on young lives.

From my experience, it's the batteries, they don't hold up. We've owned several different brands. One for each of the 3 floors in our house. They are decent to use in between actual vacuums. We are freaks about keeping our house clean and also have 2 cats, not my first choice for pets but, my wife loves them. All fine and dandy, I don't want to smell them or see their hair, we run a tight ship. They do a decent job, they simply aren't permanent replacements for your vacuum.
