You do know the franchise was sold last season, and it’s a whole new front office/staff, right? If this were the Snyder era I’d agree, but the new group seems to know what they’re doing.

The interior OL could be very good, but the OT’s are a concern. I believe right now that could be the reason we don’t have an offense at least in the top half of the league.
-
As a long suffering Washington fan, I’d love to get him. We have a mountain of cap room, and he’s good friends with JD from their ASU days. Would imagine we’d have to give up a WR and picks…hopefully would be Dotson and not McLaurin.
-
I like Ekeler at his ADP. Wouldn’t want him as my RB1 or 2, but think he could be useful as a FLX or bye week fill in play.
-
In PPR, don’t like R. White at 16, Deebo at 30, or McBride at 34. IMO at least a round early in 12 team for each…2 rounds early for McBride, who I like, but not in the 3rd round.

Travis Kelce old and on the decline or is everything just fine
makindollaz replied to Super Cubs's topic in FFToday Board
I think he’ll still be a top 2-3 TE for 2024 and maybe 2025. He’s just not heads-and-shoulders above the rest of the field, or worthy of a top 20 pick anymore. -
No major heartburn with the PPR top 30. I like McBride but feel like he’s a little high at 34, or a 3rd rounder in 12 team. Feel like Pacheco is a little low at 39…I’d put him more in the 25-30 range. Also a fan of Pickens, and feel like he could end up being a low WR1/high WR2.

Who are your candidates currently outside the top 20 for RB’s, who could jump into the top 10? Z. White maybe, but concerned about the Raider offense as a whole. I like Spears, but not sure how close to a 50/50 split with Pollard there will be. Brown a definite candidate if he takes the starting job in Cincy from Moss. Maybe a longshot for top 10, but I like Benson if/when Conner gets hurt in Arizona.

Exactly. I was going to say the only way it’s bad is if you’re the one saying it. My favorite trading week of the season is week 3, when guys start freaking out that their championship roster that they drafted a few weeks earlier, is now 0-2.

Let’s go with redraft to take away the dynasty aspect. Instant impact/best offense situation (QB & depth chart). Quite a bit to pick from. For top 10 I’d go: 1. Harrison Jr. 2. Nabers 3. McConkey 4. Odunze 5. Thomas Jr. 6. Coleman 7. Worthy 8. Legette 9. Mitchell 10. Polk Corley, Burton & Franklin next best with a chance to be top 10. I’m probably higher than most on McConkey & Coleman, but like the situations they’re walking into for volume. I like Odunze in dynasty, but feel like it might take him awhile competing against Moore & Allen (Kmet too) with a fellow rookie QB.

What’s your rookie WR board looking like?

Yeah, it’s very possible that Coleman, Shakir & Kincaid post similar numbers, with Samuel & Knox getting some as well. -

Agree Worthy is worth a shot in dynasty, but not sure how high I’d take him in redraft. KC has brought in a number of WR’s since Hill left, and the only one who has shown any consistency is Rice. -
I’d love for the Commanders to work a deal for Aiyuk. I’d prefer not to give a second rounder, but a couple of 3’s and maybe a pick next year? Have a ton of cap space to work with, and I didn’t realize he was as tight with Daniels from their ASU days, as he is.

UVa is my college team (where Wicks played) as he was absolute beast in 2021. We hired a new coach in 2022, brought in a new staff, and it impacted Wicks more than anyone. New offensive system, too many drops, and then with a couple of games left in the season 3 teammates got gunned down in a mass shooting. Kid can play. I’d put him right there with Reed (ahead of Watson) at the top of the GB WR group.

It’s not superflex.
-
Actually have 2 picks now in the 1st…my #7 and the #9 I picked up. I gave up my 2nd round pick.
-
And we re-draft after this season (guess that makes it not a “true” dynasty), and I figured another year with Kelce was good at TE. Basically came down to will Smith score as much as LaPorta out of a flex spot, and I think there’s a good chance. And doing so moved me up a round in the rookie draft. If not for the re-draft I definitely would have kept LaPorta.
-
Did a deal yesterday in one of my leagues that I think I did ok on. Traded LaPorta and the #18 overall pick for Devonte Smith and the #9 overall pick. Also have Kelce, and we re-draft in this league August 2025. WR’s are now Smith, Aiyuk, Hopkins, London & McLaurin.
-
I’m in a couple of leagues, that are sort of hybrid dynasty. Not exactly sure how they’d be categorized. One we keep 11, the other we keep 5, and redraft every 3 years.

Trade: Bills moving WR Stefon Diggs to Texans

And don’t forget they added Mixon, so defenses can’t just focus on Stroud. -

With 3 other such strong keepers, I’d go with Stroud. That offense is stacked with weapons now. -
For WR’s, I think it’s going to come down to personal preference on Hill, Lamb, Chase & Jefferson…also depending on what Minnesota does at QB.
-
This could actually be genius by Pittsburgh. They get Wilson cheap because of how much he’s getting paid by the Broncos. Fields is groomed for the future, but doesn’t get a massive contract after his rookie deal expires because he’s not starting and blowing up. And gave up practically nothing to get both.
-
I’d take Shakir as the #2 in Buffalo. As a long suffering Washington fan, Samuels will get you similar overall production as Davis, but around 30 yards a week. Davis will get you 150 in one week, then not show up the next four.

Afraid it’s going to be Quinn. Good DC, but won’t excite the fan base, and as a HC not sure he’s a huge upgrade over Rivera.
