Afraid it’s going to be Quinn. Good DC, but won’t excite the fan base, and as a HC not sure he’s a huge upgrade over Rivera.

Disappointing, but Johnson staying in Detroit. Read he had a pretty high asking price, and made him a gamble with no HC experience.

As a long suffering Washington fan, I think/hope things are in a holding pattern for Johnson. If not him, I’d want MacDonald from Baltimore, but obviously their season isn’t over either.

I know him having his best game all year in Week 16 was the reason I got knocked out of the semifinals of one of my $ leagues. Of course he returned to form the next week and did nothing, as I outscored both finalists by like 50.

The RB I’m most interested to see ADP is Achane. He’s electric and can get you 40+ in PPR leagues with yardage bonuses, but does have games where he isn’t as much a factor when he doesn’t hit a homerun or two.

He looks great in the regular season (at least he did this year), then chokes in the playoffs. Tough call…he had pretty close to an MVP season before the GB game.

As a lifelong, long suffering Commanders/Redskins fan, this is a little funny to me. The only thing that have kept my Cowboy friends from completely losing it after this weekend, was the hope that Bill B. was already house shopping in the Dallas metro area.

But last year seemed like Bijan & Gibbs were getting 1st round hype in the NFL draft mocks (not just fantasy). I’m not seeing any RB’s with that draft grade this year yet.

Curious to see if any rookie RB’s are worth a pick in the first 7-8 rounds of redraft. I’m sure at least 5-6 WR’s will…looks like a pretty good group this year.

Have been reading up on the Commanders options, and assuming Harbaugh doesn’t happen, I’m intrigued by the Lions OC (Johnson) and Ravens DC (MacDonald). Would prefer a young candidate.

In my one non-PPR league, Evans was #3.

In one of my leagues we keep 5, and I’m thinking about Spears being one of my 5 if Henry moves on. Four definites are Jefferson, R. White, J. Allen & Aiyuk. Would probably come down to Kelce, Javonte Williams, Cooper or Spears for the last spot.

My gut is telling me Henry has one more productive season (1100-1200 yards? 7-8 TD’s?) left in the tank, before a Dalvin Cook-type drop off in 2025. That said, there are quite a few young RB’s I’d take ahead of him in redraft in 2024.

No idea where to slot Diggs or Kelce. If they’re getting drafted in the first 2-3 rounds, it’s off of reputation…not productivity the second half of the season.

Very close to my 1st round, only difference was I’m a little higher on Chase (#3) and basically have Taylor & St. Brown swapped. Feel like Chubb is high given his age and injury. I also am a big R. Rice fan and looking at him starting mid/low 3rd round.

Normally I would agree, but Q. Johnson makes me hesitant to put too much stock in the QB. After Mike Williams went down, I thought Johnson would be the best rookie WR in 2023 in large part because of Herbert and playing opposite Allen, but I missed big time on that one.

FU to my luck in general. Thought I had an easy ride to the finals when I saw my opponent had G. Davis in his WR2, and Shaheed & Pickens in his FLX spots. Either I have the crappiest luck ever or my opponent owns a Time Machine he’s not telling anyone about. Actually the truth is he has K. Allen & Pittman and would have never started 2 of the guys he did under normal circumstances.

Ended up with an ok night. Shaheed hurt me more than expected, but do have K. Williams & Olave.

I’ve had the worst luck this year playing random JAG’s who way overperform. Tonight I’m playing Shaheed. When I lose it’s not because CMC or Tyreek go for 50 against me. It’s because they play about how they should, but the last Flex guy goes for 30.

This is a good point, and I think what may have bit me in a couple of leagues. For instance, Goedert is a good TE, but I’d love to have LaPorta instead. Or drafting Cooper or Hopkins when I could have waited another round or two and gotten Moore or Aiyuk instead.

While you can’t ignore the 28 year old rule with regards to RB’s, it’s not gospel either. Henry has performed past 28. CMac is having arguably his best year at 27, and not slowing down. Kamara has looked good this year. A lot do start to wear down, but not all.
