I cant see the video but assuming this is former Detroiter Rob Parker. He was like the male version of Jemele Hill in a lot of ways. He was on sports talk radio back in the day and i got into it with him about myriad issues, most notably equal opportunity and how it relates to pro sports. Not one of my favorites. Typical antagonist NY media type, and throw in a lot of racial BS to boot.

I go at least a couple times a year. My son is getting married out there in October. Flights are a little more expensive lately, but thats the same no matter where you are flying to. I dont pay for rooms or for a good chunk of my meals either. Admittedly, I do gamble quite a bit. Food is world class, pools and spas are nice if thats your thing, and the entertainment (@ all price levels) is top notch. People watching is great as well. I am an early riser (especially with adjusting to a three hour time change headed west and at least one day will be up and watching the partiers ending their days as mine is beginning. Think young chicks in short, tight dresses carrying their shoes and helping each other walk back to their room. Its not for everyone, but worth a trip every so often for anyone with at least half a pulse.

Where did you hear this? Last i read is they might be cutting it close having stadium done by opener in 2028, but nothing like the deal is dead.
