Ten Dead And Thirty Injured Last Night In New Orleans

LMAO, you’re so fuking weird. STFU!!!! More rage typing!!! Gun thrown! Nothing you posted has substantiated your original claim of a 350 mile trek being interrupted by a “paper trail”. Track the vehicle!!! APB!!!! All hands on deck!!! -
1. I put no weight in what attorneys strategically do. 2. You still have no understanding of why Torres handled Campbell the way he did. His stupidity of quoting a statute that wasn’t in effect, doesn’t prohibit him from acting on existing statute and executing valid police procedure. I’ve explained this in detail previously, but for some reason you analyze this whole thing in a weird emotional slant that ignores what cops are allowed to. Like I said a while ago, go do a ride along with your local police. Maybe you will take a different view. I’m done.

This is great. At least you’re trying to base your thoughts on facts. But nothing you have posted all day has substantiated that immigration status and the associated phantom paper trail, specifically, would be the main deterrent in suicidal terrorists renting a car. After reading Texas statute, I would say that your stance is that having a fake ID, illegal alien or not, would be the main factor in deterring suicidal terrorists from renting a car. -
This is why people kick you in the teeth around here. You post these little quips like they’re some sort of gotcha. You are basically saying that I can’t think Hill was guilty of domestic violence, and still remain remain objective in the Miami stadium incident. You exposed yourself with your stance that Torres’ previous action should disqualify him from an objective judgment in his interaction with Hill and company. Just because you can’t process objectivity, doesn’t mean others can’t.
-
LMAO…I wasn’t assuming that. I was basing that statement on SCOTUS case law, that Hill I’m sure had no awareness of, that gave them authority to remove him. If anything, at the time, I was giving Hill more wiggle room than the cops. But you don’t understand that. What a moron. Just stay down.

Track the car? Why? What statute covers attempting to rent a car without ID? Or would they create a pretextual stop, which are widely frowned upon, to investigate the word of a counter worker at Enterprise? There’s nothing here to justify any law interaction. And I thought this paper trail was suppose to interrupt his 350 mile drive in the actual falsely obtained vehicle? Keep watching Hawaii 5-0 reruns. -
Majority opinion of geeks think it’s “overboard”. Like I said, you obviously lack the ability to process objectivity. NOTHING about the officers past history should be considered until discipline phase. I didn’t “assume” anything. I used my knowledge of constitutional law, and research of Florida law to determine that it was “probable” that the people approaching the scene were breaking Florida statutes. “Overboard” …LMAO.

Maybe not far off, she herself ran over two people in her police vehicle. -

Ok, the cops do what then? -
Sure, OK. How exactly do you think Torres’ previous history should factor into that day with Hill back in Sept?
-
How objective of you. Now I see how you lack a grasp of the legal process.
-
And Torres’ attorney said he should immediately be placed back on duty. The stupidity of thinking someone is right because they are a lawyer is on brand for you. Lawyers are wrong all the time. Sorry your attempt to “own” me was a fail.

JFC…is there literally something wrong with you? Are you on the spectrum? Please provide a legitimate scenario where this “paper trail” idiocy would cause this guy to get caught. -
You literally highlighted an article about this cop acting inappropriately in other cases. Your lack of mental acuity will not let you recognize that the Hill situation is not one of them. Your view here literally flies in the face of the legal process.

This is typical you. You’ve cooked up this hare-brained “paper trail” idea, and will die on this hill. You obviously haven’t even tried to construct a scenario where it will actually have any influence, but you still hold it to be true. I assume you’re rage typing right now and screaming that this thread must result in you owning people who expose you’re mental acuity. -
Holy shat, something is wrong with you. I’m schooling you in a thread, and you bump another thread you got schooled in?

You’re the king of “I think the world works this way, so it must be so”. Your inability to execute critical analysis is uncanny. I guess you think the rental company would get the cops to chase this guy down like Jimmy chasing Kevin after he stole the toothbrush in Home Alone. -

No, you are just proving your inability to analyze human behavior with criminal intent. Nothing about a fuking paper trail amounts to anything. It’s a poor assessment. -

Do you think the vehicle was rented with intention of committing this act? Or did it just pop into his mind after he picked up his washer/dryer combo from Home Depot? -
