He took the crowd size bait -
No, they can’t make you keep window down. If you decide to not extend them that courtesy, especially with heavy tint, you can expect to be removed from the vehicle. Lack of compliance in that action will lead to what occurred with Hill.
-
If the cops think he’s too close, then no, he can’t stand there. And he didn’t just approach and ask how far back to stay, did he?
-
Somebody will take a hit. Even if tactically correct, there will have to be a political scapegoat.
-
You don’t have to be irate to be an interference. No matter your demeanor, youre not entitled to anything. Literally nothing. Not even acknowledgment. If youre too close, you’ll be told to move and otherwise be ignored.
-
Why are you hung up on this Campbell thing? He was told it’s none of his business because it literally was none of his business. He’s owed nothing. You don’t take the time to pander to nosy idiots when you’re doing your job.
-
Yes and know, depends on the stop. But all the “he doesn’t have to lower window” narrative makes me think it’s would have been better just to remove him from the car without giving him the opportunity to keep his window lowered.
-
Can they cuff him? Interfering is unlawful, so yes. He’s not entitled to anything you described above.
-
Sorry, forgot who I was talking to. Apparently you are under the assumption that because a police situation is in a public place, you can insert yourself in a police event. Well, you can’t. No juvenile was involved, so no civilian has any right whatsoever to insert themselves, ask questions, etc.
-
What right did Campbell have to be involved at all?
-
So dude was more worried about keeping his window up, the cop knocking on his window, and giving Rosenhaus a play by play than he was with complying. Got it.
-
May he RIP in his royal suite at the Waldorf Astoria.

Trump talk only- no Eagles talk allowed (Steelers talk is OK though)

If she wins pop vote, but loses EC, there will probably be the largest attack on the EC that we’ve ever seen. We won’t see an amendment, but there will be extreme efforts to modify the elector process I’m sure. -

Yes, preserving the ability to kill in utero will be a large factor for women. It was absolutely true in 22 and still will be. -
Dude, he’s in a fuking car 12” of the ground. That was absolutely the safest and easiest way to gain control and compliance of an arrestee. Throw in the towel bro. I guess u think it’s excessive?
-
Hold on, so youre concerned that he was on the ground at all? Him laying there is the “face plant into the pavement” moment? I want to see a video of him going to the ground, not on the ground.
-
I haven’t seen all the videos. Is there one of him going to the ground?
-
So I’m reading he was driving over 100 in a 55? If that’s true, you should know this isn’t a “here’s your ticket” situation. If Tyreek thought he didn’t think he need to come out of the car, I’m betting something happened during that event which caused it to escalate. Any other John Q Citizen probably would have taken a ride to jail

“Keep your window down or I’m gonna get you out of the car”. Completely legitimate for the cop to do this if he can’t see through the tint. Especially, as I said earlier, if this is a stop that warrants custodial arrest.
