I’ll be making myself a legit breakfast this morning for the first time in a while. I always loved breakfast, and we still do a big brunch every Sunday(every third calendar Sunday) at the firehouse. But, real breakfast seems to have fallen out of favor, to some degree. I know a lot of guys who just do coffee up until lunch. The IF phenomenon has definitely had an impact on people eating breakfast. Who still eats legit breakfast every morning?

This thread is just more proof, as I’ve mentioned in previous threads, that’s it’s all about affirmation. Without it, the charade is exposed. Self affirmation is not enough.
