same guy as last year He took Jonathan Stewart at 3.02 ahead of KSmith, RBrown, PThomas, RGrant Rice. Half of the other owners in unison were like "wait, Stewart???" He took Rice at 4.09 but that's legit in my mind - Rice is going to start for the run oriented Ravens.

I've lost twice this season (different leagues) by less than one point, with one of thoe being 0.14 pts!) but the one that stands out in my mind was a few years back when Joe Horn was about to catch a 40 yard bomb, wide open at the goal line and the GD back judge didn't move and toko him out at the goal line. It would have been a 10/11 pt play and vaulted me into the playoffs. Instead I lost by 7 and missed the playoffs by 1 win.

Team was supposed to score 153 to my opponent's 118. Well he got 119, I got 117. BIG FU's go out this week to Warner (I had Boldin and Fitzgerald), Boldin and Cooley for fumbling (each at -2 cost me the tie and I owned tiebreaker), the Indy "defense" I picked up just for this week, and Jason Witten for falling inexplicably out of bounds at the 1 and allowing my opponent's Tashard Choice to score and beat me. And FU to Tashard Choice - WTF do you think you are?

That is just blasphemous! There will never be anything close to Bennett's 2004 run. He and Billy Volek carried me to the title with those back to back games. week 14 vs. KC Volek 426/4 and Bennett 233/3 I was down by over 50 that Monday night and wound up winning by a lot with those 2. Never be another game like that then week 15 vs OAK Volek 492/4 and Bennett 150/2

Week 4 I traded Julius Jones and Muhsin Muhammad and received MJD and Wes Welker...in a PPR league. I was 2-2 at the time. Now am 9-4, solid 2nd place and highest scoring team in the league. But this was the year of the non-trades for me. Throughout the season I tried multiple times (in different leagues) to get Plaxico, Earnest Graham, Hightower, MBIII and had offered up Boldin, Welker, Ronnie Brown, MJD, Brees, and Westbrook. Thankfully none were accepted and I made the playoffs in those 3 leagues only because the trade was denied.

Had DJackson, Westbrook, White, Witten and Dallas D. I'm up 102-0 with Brees, Ward, Dunn and Kasay to go. I'm 1/2 game back and playing 1st place this week...think I got him!

And therein lies my biggest concern about him. Right now I have him starting in the flex spot over Grant and Housh.

You're right, it's MUCH less frustrating to have your guy get 49 yards and only 4 points then full credit for every yard he got. You're just mad you don't know how to do fractions.

My FU this week goes to Norv Turner and secondly LT. 1st and goal at the 1, Rivers focking passes the ball for a TD to a rookie. Still needing points as the Chargers are driving, LT drops an 11 or 12-yard pass that would have led to a 3rd and 3 instead of 3rd and 15. I lose by 1.06 points. The TD would have clinched it but even the catch meant 1.11 pts and a win, now I'm out of the playoffs. Oh and FU to TO for playing against me this week

I have to say after all the years I've suffered through here and all the a$$ whoopings been handed to us by visiting teams, the Cowgirl fans that showed up Sunday were the absolute worst I have ever been around. The stadium was prolly 50/50 and of course they were talking smack in the entry lines and into the start of the 1st. But as soon as the tables turned they got pissed in general. I witnessed several almost fights after the game as well between drunktards, mostly cowboy fans throwing out 2 wins and rams fans throwing out who cares today? Sore losers the lot of them. As much crap as we take from opposing team fans in our own building, when you show up prepared for a blood bath, be prepared to take the heat when the score goes the other way beeyatches!

Trying to determine if there is a fair way to handle this. One thought I had was to allow anyone who had a Ravens or Texans player starter to play the guy on the bench. Or are you letting this go and any starter on BAL-HOU gets a zero? Wait, I just realized didn't they postpone this on Friday night? If so then owners had plenty of time to change rosters.

Unfortunately with Colston down as my #1 WR in a 14 team league, I picked up and am starting Taylor this week as my third WR and praying for something decent. He's the biggest of the three they've got so I took him. I dropped Darrel Jackson for him, and Javon Walker is my 4th.

We instituted the 3 year keeper rule awhile ago and it's been great. If Y1 is the first keeper draft, each team may protect up to 3 players (10 teams total in our league). Same rules for Y2. But in Y3 we have a redraft. Not only do we redraw for draft position, but you may only protect 1 player that year, and it can't be the same person who you protected in the last redraft. For example, the guy who drafted LT as a rookie has had him since Day One. This year was a redraft and since he protected him in the 2005 redraft he could not keep him this year, meaning LT was finally off his roster and a free agent, although he was able to trade him before the draft began.
