Worst draft pick to have in a 12 team ppr?

I dont like drafting on the end. so that means the #1 slot and the #12 slot are my least favourite.

Gibbs, Lamb, Jefferson? Which at 4?

Id go Gibbs then Lamb, then Jefferson. Jefferson Is the best player, but ranked lowest. not because hes a lesser player, but because he has a rookie at QB (well, hes not really a rookie, but he was essentialy a red shirt his rookie year) so there is an element of the unknown in terms of where he is at. that leaves Lamb and Gibbs. both relatively equal in value but elite RB like Gibbs are more or less irreplaceable. hes a known commodity in a top level offense on a very good team Lamb is a top level WR on a so so team. I do think he performs, but Dak has reached a point in his career where his health has been inconsistent. he has missed significant time in 2 of the last 3 years. if Dak is healthy this is a very close call, but for me that risk is just enough to keep him firmly behind gibbs in my Rankings.

Players you think are underrated at ADP

yeah he gives you some other options for sure. either way, hes likely startable the first couple of weeks. possibly more but it also depends on how that situation in Tampa Evolves. it feels like one of those situations that could be highly fluid.

I'm sure hes trying to take advantage of whatever leverage he has got. With Deebo I think that was just as much a salary dump as it was anything else. Shanny is quite practical that way. he will run the players into the ground if it gets him another win. and so be it. thats what he is paid to do.

Players you think are underrated at ADP

underrated: how bout Cade Otton in Tampa. solid numbers last year. 2 WR will be out of the lineup until October at the minimum. he should put up low end TE1 numbers until some of the WR return and even then, may get a couple of extra weeks while those guys get back into game shape. for a guy who is not even getting drafted in some formats hes gonna be a steal. I also like Herbert at his ADP. had to adjust to a whole new offense without his #1 WR from the year before. first 4-5 games were rough but after that averaged 22 fantasy points per game for the rest of the season. and now has gotten his old #1 WR back. maybe not in a #1 role, but I can see him having a real nice season. hes likely drafted as the #12 or #13 QB off the board. but it wouldnt surprise me if he finishes top 8. possibly even top 5 if everything goes well, but you dont bet on that. if you get that its a real nice bonus. Either way, if going with the WeePaws method and taking a QB late, here is one of your good candidates. in fact he has the same philosophy for TE too. you could draft both of these guys late.

interesting. I've known a few garbage time darlings at WR. never known one at TE but not surprised. remember Cecil Shorts with the Jags? one of the best garbage time players of all time. put up minimal yardage against man coverage for 3/4 of the game, but once the zone and the prevent defenses come out in the 4th quarter he'll get 5 catches for 65 yards and a TD to add to the 30 yards he got in the rest of the game and end up with a pretty decent night.

hey I appreciate all you said, but what about the fact that the team is likely going to be a run based offense? when you run the ball that much it kills the clock and the sheer number of pass plays you can run can drop by a significant margin just because if I throw an incomplete pass, and WR doesnt catch the ball. the clock stops. If I run the ball get 5 or 8 yards, the clock will run off likely close to 40 seconds per play. over a large number of runs that can really add up. I have no doubt his piece of the pie in the pass game will proportionately be the same as last year. maybe even slightly larger. but the whole pie(meaning the whole of the pass game) is smaller. I'm guessing at least 10 to 20% smaller. Hed have to increase his efficiency substantially to make up for that if hes gonna repeat last years numbers.
