there are certainly worse things you can do in your spare time. I myself am thinking of another league too. quit my work league last year as the commish kept changing the rules mid year and I hit the point where I had enough. I dont need that headache where anger can spill over into the working relationships with co workers. but its getting a bit late in the game to be joining another league so I might just stick with the 2 leagues I have now and maybe I"ll join another next year.

you wont regret that decision. Kenneth Walker is a RB stud in waiting. the Seattle offense is perfect for his skillset.
-
he might also be a nice pickup if hes on the wire and you are in need at TE
-
hey, you gotta do what you feel. I think hes a nice add, but everyone has their reasons for liking or disliking certain players. sometimes in fantasy football you gotta assume you are right and others are wrong. its also possible both players are good or neither will be good. its not an exact science. and sometimes the tiebreaker is that you pick the guy from a game you wanna watch next sunday. good luck with whatever you decide.
-
if you feel that way and you need a player, you better go out and get him
-
its too many if you find you dont have time for other important things in your life. I cant tell you the answer to that. but if you have a family and kids, that might be too many. if you dont, perhaps its fine

I'm fine with all of this. As this was a change from what was done in the past I thought I'd ask the question and I also wanted to make sure I wasnt reading the stats wrong.
-
I think I'd go Sutton. I think that offense will be much improved and hes the #1 Target. Unless both Kelce and Toney are out Sky Moore wont get enough looks. currently hes listed at #3 on the WR depth chart. that said sometimes pre season depth charts can be deceptive but if you believe what is posted, you probably want to go Sutton.
-
Yes, someone has to catch the football. and if Kelce is not there all the other receivers on the roster will get a stat bump. that includes Toney. if he wasnt injured all of pre season a lot of people were predicting big things for him. Now that hes back I think we can cautiously start him. Even if Kelce is playing. The fact that Kelce is out makes this decision a slam dunk.

thanks for the update.

well, the thing about WR. they dont all break out in the same way or with the same timing. top ones break out in year 1 or 2. but lots of WR breakout in year 3 or 4 and if they have an injury like Jefferson did, that can push back the timeline. I do think hes a top breakout candidate who can be had for cheap. he is even on the waiver wire in some leagues. (though with this news, likely not for long) if you have already drafted I'd say if hes on the wire...... as a priority free agent pickup hes a nice add at this point. if you dont own him, you can probably still get him for cheap in trade. if he breaks out in week 1 you wont get him cheap. if you are thin at WR I think hes a sensible add or trade target. Thats all I am saying.
-
that explains his absence. ok nothing to see here! Lets carry on!
-
after an 800 yard season he was supposed to breakout last year but had knee surgery in august and missed some time at the start of the year. then upon returning he had limited playing time and was on a pitch count. stafford got hurt and the season went to crap. as the last season was such a dumpster fire for the team I'd probably just throw that season out of the analysis. I think hes still a solid candidate for a breakout and now that Kupp is out, he will get all the action he can handle. This guy should be rostered in all formats even if you dont have plans to start him. if he looks bad in the first 2 weeks you can dump him for the flavour of the week and try your luck elsewhere.
-
most teams have one WR who is worth having on a roster. sometimes the challenge is figuring out who that one guy will be.
-
Van Jefferson is the man to pickup now
-
hes valuable because he knows how to run routes. hes not a WR1 anymore but when the QB goes through his progression he will be in the spot hes supposed to be (which is what you want when teaching a young QB). in an indeal world hes a WR3. at best a WR2. but due to a lack of depth at the position hes higher on the depth chart than he probably should be. I'd be looking at other options in that offense for fantasy. Maybe Chark or Mingo. I have not been following the camp news, but I do know chark when he finally got healthy showed signs of being a player once again, so there is hope for him, but Mingo may be the guy to place your money on. both of these guys I have labeled as 'players to watch' and if they show signs of a breakout or a connection with their future all star QB I'll pop onto the wire and grab them.
-
well, he has nice hands. and Mahomes can thread the needle. I'm not saying to expect miracles. hes not Kelce but hes good enough for a 1 or 2 week filler. remember, this is a waiver wire pickup. thats who we are comparing him to. we are not comparing him to legit fantasy starters. hes good because of the situation and because Mahomes likes throwing to his TE's. on another team his value is dicey.
-
who is counting anyway. we know he will make sure he plays enough that hes not stuck there another year. how he gets there is..... up for debate.
-
or he extends his recovery another week before returning. well, there are a lot of permutations and combinations. but all I'm saying is we can likely count on 6 games. after that it gets dicey.
-
There is a downside to stacking..... what if Mahomes gets hurt? you may lose 2 players due to one injury. Sure, Kelce will play, but how many yards to you realistically expect him to produce with a backup at QB? food for your thoughts.
-
well, if you design the league along with the wacky rules, in theory you should know how to win them
-
I got a feeling about sanders. playing atlanta doesnt hurt either. but Dotson is not a terrible option either.
-
this is the answer and it isnt even close.

wow, I didnt know the man had a history. those looked like serious charges......
