I have moved beyond the firing aspect of my job years ago. That being said I have fired probably 1500-2k people over the years. While working at a shop I had a guy come in with a minor injury and want to go to the hospital so he could get the night off. He opted to take the bandaid I was offering. I also literally took the boots off my feet so an operator could make it to his shift on time and not point out.
