6pt passing Td league .Does this affect how early you take a Qb?
kilroy69 replied to Meatscarf's topic in FFToday Board
To be fair I have never played in a league like this in the 20 plus years I have been playing. I have done a lot of superflexes where it basically becomes a 2 qb league. A lot of others did not pick up on the value of qbs It has been fun so far to see the carnage and the misunderstanding of their value. There is a team that has 3 top flight wide receivers and bo nix as his ONLY starter. Which pushes him down into the 120s in a league projecting to be in the 150s plus for average scoring each week. He then tried to trade himself out of it by offering 2 bench players for a starting Qb based on "percentage owned" it was a fair trade as both the WR were owned in the 70s/80s while the lowly qb was only owned in half the leagues. One of the owners asked if we could force the qb heavy team to return qbs to the waiver wire because I shitt you not "that guy is trying to stop other players from winning" direct quote. Hahahaaha I took 3 qbs in the first 3 rounds and I am rostering flacco and spencer rattler just in case. -

I will one up that. I am playing in a 3 qb league this year. It is a qb/qb and qb/wr/te/rb flex but qbs score the most point so putting one in a flex is ideal. 2 of the teams went qb/qb qb with their first 3 picks and one of them took a qb with his first 5 picks. It was insane. In a 12 person league about a 3rd to a half did not pick up on what was going on and do not have a 2nd qb let alone a 3rd. While one guy has 5. So he an either trade for players when these teams start to bleed points orrrrrr he can keep them all and make sure every week he can play 3 qbs even with injuries or byes -
I am rolling with him in my wr3 spot

Xavier Worthy feasts in KC and mahomes loves airing it out to a WR that can catch the ball.

RB Kyren Williams will return punts for Los Angeles Rams
kilroy69 replied to polecatt's topic in FFToday Board
No. People are acting like the coach wants to get his "star" running back hurt. Look around the league. There is LITERALLY no one else out there that is exposing their starting rb to the risk of returning kicks. not ONE. That is the job of rookies and special teamers. NOT the job of a RB that wore down and was injured last year. The feeling is that it is only a matter of time till Williams hurts himself again and it is the corum show. -
The liberals on LinkedIn are having a meltdown about all of this. It is hilarious. I knew the DEI game was over when I saw how many DEI related people were open to work. I am super happy to see this. I picked up a contract job about 3 months ago and we are just staffing for state IT jobs. They do not give a shitt about DEI. They just assume everyone is going to be on an h1b anyway.

It was focking crazy in southeast michigan last night. I thought for sure a tornado was going to pop off.
-
If they need to bring in cook to compete as a starter their season is focked. He carries name value only.
-
I drafted him in both leagues I play in. He has the potential to be awesome. With Reynolds gone I do not see any reason why he could not take over as the 3rd wr in det.

Derick Henry gets the best QB he has ever played with. One that can run the RPO to perfection. Runs for over 2k yards and 20tds. Is the first person to even get offensive player of the year twice. The only person to ever hit 2k twice. Imagine trying to bring down Henry WITHOUT putting any weight on him or you get a 15 yard penalty. The new tackling rules are so stupid but they are going to highly benefit the rbs. Ladd McConkey puts on his best Puka impression and soaks up 60 of his 80 targets for 1k yards and 4 tds.

kilroy69 replied to polecatt's topic in FFToday Board
Ok. I can see that but as the starting rb the situation is normally reversed. The player that needs to get time is the one that returns kicks and plays on special teams. Not the vet that you claim is your rb. Kicks are not what they used to be but still that is going to put wear and tear on a player that was already injured last year. It seems like a crazy move to me -

This seems reckless with your "starting rb" is there another starting rb returning kickoff in the entire league? If Williams goes down do you think Corum will be the returner? Not very likely. -
It has been something I joked about for years. I would go to bed and when I wake up in the morning my kitchen would look like a racoon had broken in and made itself home. I laughed about it and joked about it. "the other kilroy69" I recently explained this to my doctor after not really talking about it to them and he diagnosed me with a Sleep Related Eating Disorder. Some of the things they recommending are me keeping the foods locked up from myself when I go to sleep. I have ZERO memory of doing anything. Like none. I once made an entire meal while asleep that included using the oven(that I left on till morning) I am not obese but at 48 I have a dad bod that I have tried to work on for years only to be stuck at roughly the same weight. Part of the problem has been that when I sleep I binge eat. Like anything. I will wake up and entire subs are gone, half a box of icecreams polished off. In the day I control my appetite pretty well. Eat mostly healthy foods but snack still on junk. At night I become the trash panda and I destroy anything. I am literally considering getting a lock for the fridge that keep me out from 11pm to 7 am. Leave a jug of water out in case I need something to drink. The Dr. of course wants to put me on medication and to do some sleep studies. Anyone else have anything like this? I have been doing it for as long as I remember but never brought it up to my doc. I just chalked it up to it being normal for the most part. I know. I know. Rats asss. But this is a forum mostly filled with men so I figure I would ask if anyone else has this type of thing. I was hesitant to even say anything as I am sure I am opening myself up to some wonderful comments, but at this point I do not care.

I am in a 3 qb league and my last pick was Flacco. Jus on the off chance something happens and he can come in and play like he did last year.
-
nope. I am not on any meds...as of now lol. I have been doing this for sooo soo long. I just used to laugh about it till I brought it up to my doc kinda as a joke and he was like "wait what? Are you being serious because that is not normal" Which opened up a more in depth discussion on what is happening.

Me. I like to prepare my meals ahead of time for the next day or sometimes days. Keeps me from breaking focus while I am at work and helps me stay in my routine.
-
I also never sleep eat all of anything. Like ever. I always leave half eaten food. Like I am searching for something in particular but never find it or maybe I am being polite for daytime kilroy and not eat all his food. It really does feel like a Jeckyl and Hyde type of thing that I really do not even remember doing this and it is another person.
-
Not saying that I have not but I seem to clearly understand what is food and what is not. Like I will open a package to something and eat what is in it not just the package.
-
I am just telling you what the doctors told me. They called it SRED. Sleep related eating disorder.
-
I do not. I should though. I live alone and unless someone is coming in and cooking in the middle of the night and leaving a mess I am pretty sure it is me. It would be a great sitcom episode though if my neighbor was somehow coming over during their sleep and cooking at my house.
-
I freaking cooked some chicken that I was going to have the next day for a meal and it looked like I tried to do some rice too but I spilled it and just left it like that. I woke up and the kitchen was a mess. the chicken was cooked but it had like 5 bites out of it. The oven was on still and a I had eaten half a banana

I have removed the junk food but my brain still wants to eat. Even if it is not junk food. I have made full on meals while sleeping. Thanks for the good luck

** UPDATE** My friend hit a holy grail of sportscards.
kilroy69 replied to joneo's topic in The Geek Club
All the major card companies were notorious for releasing misprints...on accident. Or so they said. I remember finding a Juan Gonzalaz reverse negative that was worth more just because of that. Also. I came here to see a Honas Wagner baseball card but the wilt card is cool too. -
He was but was he the worst? I would argue that Leopold of Belgium was the worst person in history.

Not sure how old you are but when I was a kid mash played daily. Like literally every single day on supersation wtbs. So I was able to watch every episode multiple times. I can tell you what is going to happen within the first min or 2.
