I just did the 3rd part of an interview process. The ENTIRE thing was about diversity, how I would find and interact with people of color, females, lgbtq. That was literally it. How are you going to bring in people who do not look like you. I had to put my mask on and do the DEI dance. The crazy thing is that in my career about half the candidates I have placed are people who do not look like me. Not because I am concentrating on these people but because they happen to have been the best candidate for the job WHO RESPONDED to my outreach when I headhunted them.

All of that being said she reminds me of Shaq. These other women really do not know what to do with her so they are hacking the living fock out of her every single game. Random blindside body checks. You can tell that the rest of the league is jealous and they are taking it out on her. If she gets hurt on a hard foul the league will absolutely suffer.

I quite literally do not have any issues with the L G's or B's. and I am not transphobic. I just believe they have a mental illness. I do not believe you can change your gender. I also absolutely do not support people who are born male competing with those who were born female. You can not make it unfair for 98 percent of the athletes so you can make it fair for the 2 percent. That is absurd.

That would be a misnomer. No one is afraid of or uncomfortable by the LGBTQ crowd. We do not have to be homophobic to just not care to hear about it all month long. I am not homophobic. I tell my kid this. Everyone has the right to be happy. That being said you are not required to participate in someone's mental illness. Do not let someone bully you into believing what they believe.
