Which blows my mind based on how it looked last year. They were all in shambles other than the lions. The lions play 14 of their 15 first games indoors this year. Goff had 23 tds last year indoors to 7 outdoors. Unless the bears can shred through their schedule they are coming in second.Williams is being set up to succeed though like no other rookie qb in the history of the league. The pack should be good but I think they will fall victim to both the lions and bears being better. The vikes will likely struggle under their rookie.

I disagree. No one would be watching her if they did not make a HUGE deal out of her in college. Then made a big deal out of her draft. Then hyped her up before she played a single game, then gave her a shoe. The hype drove people to watch. The fact she is not living up to the hype and the media is STILL pushing her shows me that the media does not care about results.

I have another gem for you. He is +6600 for Offensive Player of the year on Betmgm. Henry had 9tds within the 20 on 34 carries. Baltimore had 73 carries within the 20 last year for 18 tds from the rb and 32 attempts from Qb for 5. I am not saying that Jackson is going to stop running but he rushed more in this situation last year than he has even in his career and that will likely get cut back and result in another 10-12 attempts. Let's say he gets 85 attempts within the 20. He is probably looking at 20-22 tds in an 18 game season and Ap offensive player of the year.

Good question. I am seeing them push them no matter what. I basically have 2 different job descriptions. One for a "perfect candidate" which is a white guy who walks on water and then I am seeing the HM say.. well we do not need ALL of these if they were a underrepresented minority group. Which is anyone not a white male or an Indian male. I had to reject candidates that were very well suited for the position because their focus is on getting minorities in. Someone mentioned it in an earlier post. These URMG do not have the talent pool to support the insane dei policies that most of these places have.

We have had vastly different experiences then. Mine has been almost exclusively in the tech space and in that space and what I am describing has been at every single one. Extremely liberal. Focused on DEI but ONLY dei that cuts out the white male. I am seeing this internally from a recruiters point of view.
