WNBA Team Holds Moment Of Silence For George Floyd As League's Social Justice Insufferability Continues
kilroy69 replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
I really do not care about a single black man killed by the cops if the black community does not care about the rest of the black men killed by other black men in their community. Why should I care? -
For him being so normal looking she is pretty ugly.

What Kinda Dad Did You Have Growing Up ?
kilroy69 replied to BeenHereBefore's topic in The Geek Club
I had 2 dads growing up and I am a better person for it. My parents split when I was 7 and they both remarried. For all the crap you hear about stepdads treating people like shitt mine was the glaring exception. He was beyond great. I tear up when I think about him. He died in 95 due to complications from MS that he got from being sprayed heavily with agent orange while in Vietnam, but I hear his voice every single day. He is the voice of my conscience. My internal Jiminy Cricket. If I had one single wish it would be for him to see my son. To see how I grew up to become a dad just as good as he was. He was the best human I have ever come across in my life and I miss him more than words can really express. It has been nearly 30 years and I feel his impact daily. The things I do. The things I say. My belief system. All from him. My brothers and I won the lotto with him. When my mom was a shittshow he was the calm voice of reason that some bad kids really needed. Without his guidance I would be dead or in prison. I cannot overstate the impact he had on us. My real dad worked 12 hours a day and spent all his time with his new family and I just saw him during the summers. While I have since repaired my relationship with him he was not the man who raised me. -
NFL fires three officials, relegates them to college ranks in unprecedented move, per report - CBSSports.com To be fair they should do this with the top 10 percent of all refs. I can ASSURE you that there are refs that need to be relegated. Hell they should swap out. The worst 10 percent of refs go to college for work and the best 10 percent of college refs should be brought up and hired FULL TIME.

Why are all the conservatives in this country living well, yet all the liberals are living in extreme misery?
kilroy69 replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Liberals are NEVER happy. Even when they are in power all they do is complain. They do not have it in them to be happy. -
I watched a clip yesterday of Angel Reese getting blocked by a woman who did not even jump, TWICE. I am not even kidding. It was comical. I like watching Clark and I was 100 percent wrong about her. I did not think she would translate into this type of success. I have heard so many times in the past that THIS WNBA player was going to transcend from a local celeb to a nationwide one. The rest of the league is really hard to watch though. Reese had 12 rebounds last night. half of which were from getting a rebound on HER OWN missed shots. She is like the female version of Dennis Rodman except she cannot get into anyone's head.

Not FFtoday as a whole but the Geek club specifically. I once told my brothers about the death pool here and OMG they thought it was the most disgusting thing they had ever heard of and that is pretty tame as far as things around here go. They still bring it up to this day and that was probably 10 years ago.

nahh I got caught in a storm that popped up and a crosswind pinned me then the waves focking rolled me. My otter is really stable but the winds that day came out of nowhere. I did not have a jacket on and had to swim a good ways to land. Had to kick my boots I had on off. At one point I was sinking backwards looking up thinking...fooockkk... this may be it. Turns out I am hard to kill. THEN I had to go get my backup kayak and come back to get the one I flipped. It was sunk about a quarter inch under water. Just suspended. Lost my boots, my phone, my fishing pole and had to drag my ass over like 1k yards of a reed bed on my belly with no shoes and shirt. Every time I tried to stand I fell through. Thankfully this is michigan and you have to work really hard to find a venomous snake. Now I plan my fishing around the wind speed. Less than 10 is good. more than 10 can put me in a dangerous situation. Death and I have a deal. He tries to kill me every 2 years since I was around 20. He takes his swing. I duck and we both laugh and go back to our day.

It has been windy a lot here and I learned a lesson a few years ago about going out in winds over 10 mph. That being said I have been out a few times in the last week or so. I caught a 5lb bass and a 22 inch pike.

Tensions flare at school board meeting after trans athlete wins multiple track events

It is literally going to take the entire field of actual women refusing to compete in order for this to die. Go ahead. Run by yourself. You "win" -
I do not think either side cares about it.

Better question comrade, is why would it NOT look good to you? It is a win/win for us unless you hate the president winning so much you cannot see that. (which is a pretty good possibility) -

White teen killed by black homeowner after ringing doorbell at 3am
kilroy69 replied to TimHauck's topic in The Geek Club
I get that pranks happen, and kids will be kids. That being said you cannot shoot at people for ringing your doorbell. In most states you have to not only be in fear for your life or those around you, but you also have to try to get out of the situation. If the kids were outside the door and you shot through. You just murdered some kid. -
I am not sure what the big deal is. In Michigan all you do is say "yes I would like a real ID" while at the Sec of state and bam. Real ID. Nothing special at all

100 percent this. If pakistan escalates this it is on them. India made it clear they were not targeting pakastani military and they were holding the people responsible that killed the tourists. They even mentioned that they showed a lot of restraint. Pakistan is a shitthole compared to India and does not want to go to war. India controls the water to Pakisatan through the Indus valley agreement and if they go to war India would just stop providing water and let them die.

Trump's health agency urges therapy for transgender youth, not broader gender-affirming health care
kilroy69 posted a topic in The Geek Club
Trump's health agency urges therapy for transgender youth, not broader gender-affirming health care 20 years from now we will look back at this phase and wonder why it took so long for people to step up and question what was going on. I have said it for years that it is an emperor has no clothing situation. It just took people to finally speak up and say this is bullshittt for everyone else to wake up to it also. This has been an epidemic of kids being misdiagnosed as trans when it should be acknowledge that it is a mental illness and that treatment like therapy is going to help them more than cutting off their junk and calling themselves sarah. -

kilroy69 replied to kilroy69's topic in The Geek Club
Sorry. Barking up the wrong tree. Not afraid of trannies. Not even grossed out. They have a mental illness, and they are not getting the help they need because the people around them affirm their delusions. I feel the same about Trannies as I do people who have bulimia or anorexia. They need to have the right kind of help to feel better. Not people telling them it is ok to go puke after you eat. It is natural. -

I know THEY are part of the problem. You say majority like they could not possibly be wrong. Doctors used to prescribe cocaine for toothaches. Cutter Pharma INTENTIONALLY gave tainted drugs to Latin America instead of destroying a batch that had become contaminated with AIDS. The AMA can be bought for a price because they are a lobbying group. NONE of these are in dispute. Yet you are sure that something that has NEVR been, can be NOW?
