NFL Head Coaching Now Over-Represented by Blacks - UPDATE - the hiring of Radio Raheem brings it up to 22%!!!!

The idea of a gender wage gap is a lie by omission. Women are paid less but they do different work. Women and men in the same industries with the same amount of time are paid the same. -

6 percent of the US are black males. 6 percent of 32 is rounded up to 2. There has not been a lack of black head coaches for a long time. It is like the female wage gap. Something fun to talk about but not real. -

He is not even at the stopgap level unless you are doing a total rebuild and just need an arm and at that point he is literally no better than an average replacement player any team can get in the draft. Mayfield had like 6 different offensive coordinators. Imagine coming to work every year knowing that you are going to have to learn everything over because the previous guy got fired. Mayfield played this year on a 4 million dollar contract which is a prove it contract in the NFL. He played himself into a likely 30-45 million dollar multi year deal with the bucs. Any team that signs tannehill does not want to win in any way shape or form. His window closed in 2 years at Tennesee and he is not joe flacco. -

Tannehill is 100 percent washed. Any team that signs him as a starter are morons. -
When debo was out purdy struggled hard core. The lions defense did an amazing job of getting pressure up front and covering up cam sutton by rolling coverage to his side. If they do not have to roll coverage and can use coverage that tilts more to stopping kittle it will be much easier to win.

Yea I was using the money to live but man just a few coins now would sure as hell be nice.

I ran an online store in the early days of bitcoin. It was stupid. I bought pokerstars playmoney chips and then flipped them. I had multiple sites. People would win ps playmoney chips and sell them to me and then I would turn around and sell them for a premium to a list of degenerate gamblers. It was like something out of fantasyland. The pokerstars playmoney chips had no actual value at all. You could only hold 20 million in your account so if you won more then it did not matter to you. These people started to want to pay in bitcoin around 2012 and I turned them down. I literally turned down MILLIONS of dollars. I could have bought probably 1-2k of them a week every week for years up till 2015 when poker stars changed the way they did things. When I think about the missed opportunities in my life I look back on this one as the biggest. It would have been life changing to have access to that type of wealth.

Detroit did the right thing in rolling coverage to help sutton out and let the line do the damage. I am very happy but sutton is still a liability -

Getting to mayfield and not leaving sutton on an island is how the lions win -

I literally broke down and cried in our first playoff win. I don't give a what anyone says. I have watched the NFL fock the lions over for years. They literally made up the Calvin Johnson rule on the freaking spot to fock us over. Even this year they still focked us over in a prime time game vs dallas. We have been the worst team in the league for years. We have had to overpay people to come play here. NO ONE wanted to play here. It was a joke that any big name free agent would ever consider coming to the lions. I have watched us lose in ways that defy logic. Field goals that most teams would not even attempt. Watching them win has been emotional. My 9 year old son just started paying attention at the tail end of last year and into this year so it has made it even better to go over to my dads and watch the lions win with 3 generations. You could FEEL the energy shift as soon as Campbell started coaching. Like an energy vampire was gone(matt patricia) I just want to see a superbowl for the lions in my dads lifetime so we can all watch it together and have that experience. -
Man I am not so sure. Wilson was not the problem in denver. he is a capable qb still and atl is a good team. Arthur smith is a terrible coach that is one of those "smarter than you " people who instead of doing the normal thing does something no one ever expected...that results in a 2 yard loss.

Lamar is looking so good. He is making great plays and burning them with his legs. That is going to be hard to stop. -
for sure he is. The broncos cut wilson and then he can sign for the vet min because he is getting 30 million dollars+ by the broncos either way. Wilson comes in and proves that the broncos are dysfunctional and he has another 2 year contract with atlanta or some other team that needs a bridge.

The rams also lost because of some poor coaching decisions on the part of the genius that is sean mcvay. For as smart as he is supposed to be he makes really bad game management mistakes. He should play some madden in the offseason and check out some different simulations. Maybe have some AI help him out -

He is so terrible. I am not kidding when I say I would rather throw Jamison Williams out there at corner than watch Sutton get beat like he stole something over and over. Dak literally called him out at the line of scrimmage and then threw his way. When you see the big plays where the CB is just not in the screen it is almost always sutton. All year long. If we can get to the qb and rattle them into bad throws the D has a chance. If sutton is left on an island against evans mayfield is going to roast him. If they roll coverage to suttons side it is going to leave godwin and otten open. I really want this to be the superbowl team. I just have serious concerns based on what I have seen all year long. -

Diehard lions fan. I voted the bucs to win. I love the team and I hope they prove me wrong. That being said our secondary is awful. I see a 300 yard 3 td performance from Mayfield. Mostly on Cam Suttons coverage. .
