They called multiple phantom penalties that were all subjective and would have been overturned had it been allowed.

To be fair. There is literally nowhere for them to go. Israel has not opened up the border with Egypt and instead has bombed it. I was listening to an interview earlier and when asked where he expects all these people to go without a human rights corridor he basically said for them to huddle in one part of the town to the north.
