I think the giants skill players should have a good year no matter what. They project to be playing behind for most of their games and Nabors could easily be the biggest benefit from that. Winston being the QB would just put that into overdrive.

I would not be forced into taking a sub par QB if I were the Giants. I would take the best player available which is travis hunter. The giants are projected to suck this year anyway and still be in the hunt for a top pick next year. If they play their cards right they might get a shot at Manning. God, I loved this movie as a kid.

Goonies is the worst movie ever made. I loved it as a kid. I watched it with MY kid and it was cringe from start to finish. My 11 year old was asking why I even liked this crap.

It was weird. The MSM literally said he "ignited the base" by just standing there telling everyone he hates trump. It reminded me of the placeholders they held up. How did this ignite the base? How is this looked at as resistance. It was not even a filibuster. It was just him talking. He is CLEARLY making a play to be the face of the democratic party but is that good for them?

I really feel like Disney just cast the wrong person. I feel like if they wanted to change snow white to a brown female that there were far better choices. I would have fully supported Selena Gomez as snow white. She would have been legit beautiful, and the movie would have been able to pull fans from different groups of people. She is also pretty guarded in what she says so the idea of her single handedly tanking the movie is remote.

This is performative theater. They can rip up their paper copies all they want. You can get a digital copy and print another, ask the admissions office for another copy or use the digital copy. On top of that I can ASSURE you none of these people will leave the fact they graduated from Colombia off their resumes. Just a bunch of liberals being babies.

I think that what it really boils down to is he thought that he was going to be a star. Not only in the star wars universe but that it was going to help propel him in acting. That has not happened for him, and he wants to blame perceived racism as the reason.

I had a similar experience but slightly more embarrassing where while dropping my kid off to play, I legit asked the girl who answered the door if her mom was there.....and she was the mom. Not a teenage daughter. I could feel my ears burning. I did not know. His mom set the playtime up. Had never seen the mom before.

I never felt the pull to have kids. All my friends had them and it was fun to be the cool uncle. My brothers started having them and my view started to soften. By the time I was 38 I had found someone to settle down with and we had a son. I thought I knew what I was getting into. I had NO FOCKING clue how much he changed my life. He is THE best thing I have ever been a part of. Being a parent changed me in a profound way that you will never really understand without being a parent. It has been a challenge for sure. Parenting is flying by the seat of your pants and trying NOT to fock up you kid while also guarding to make sure others to not either. I have 2 sets of people who know me. The ones who knew me pre being a parent knew me as a couch surfing fockup that did not have a career. Just jobs. When my son was born something in me snapped and I KNEW I had to do better. BE better. People who know me NOW laugh at the idea of me EVER being a fockup. They literally do not believe me when I tell them. All they see is superdad. The guy who has a stay at home job and shows up to all his stuff. I grinded from 7 bucks an hour when he was born to 60 now just an average joe with a HS diploma. Worked for companies that everyone has heard of. All because of him.I would not change anything in the world. When you are trying That MOMENT when you look into your kids eyes you KNOW this is what you wanted and as an older parent I think you appreciate it more. I will mention that as an older parent it makes for super strange situations where as a 40 year old, you may be crossing paths with parents who cannot even buy beer yet. Or possibly drive

She killed the movie. If this movie came out and it had another brown actress, I think it could have been fine. She went out of her way to say things that turned people off from the movie. If I were a director I would lump her in with Blake Lively as someone I would never work with. alexandra daddario would have been the perfect snow white BTW
