FLEX: Boutte, Brashard S., Bill / Croskey, or Bourne?
Showboat replied to Bills04's topic in A Little Help!
I'd lean towards B.Smith - the Chiefs have seemed to want to get him touches, and with Pacheco out for Sunday he should get plenty of opportunities including most of the passing down work. Boutte will hurt you in PPR if he doesn't connect on a long TD because he doesn't seem to get a lot of targets. I believe that Bourne has already had his moment for this season. BTW, Bill is at home, but still against SEA coming off their bye. -
Probably go with Maye. Home dogs can be dangerous and this is almost a must-win for Pit - I think they find a way to slow down the Colts.
-
With Pacheco seemingly unlikely to play, I'd definitely want Hunt out of that group. Moore has the best match-up but hasn't done much this season. Both Marks and Dowdle have tougher matchups. I guess I'd go with Dowdle based on the chatter that the Panthers will prioritize him over Hubbard.

Gadsden is hot right now - the biggest risk is that the Chargers go run-heavy against the Titans. I'd lean towards Tet.

Kyle Murray vs Cowboys or Caleb Williams vs Bengals?
Showboat replied to pronghorn's topic in A Little Help!
I think you stick with Caleb. Both have good matchups, but I don't think Murray is a sure thing to play on Monday night. -
I think you stick with the hot hand with Gadsden (not to mention I have to go against him this week, so there's a good chance he has a career day this week). Diggs might be okay but seems risky as the Pats spreads the ball around. Walker doesn't give you much in ppr and the hawks seem to prefer Charb near the stripe.
-
On the bright side, no one will be starting him only to have him disappear after a few plays.
-
Well, great coaching (or maybe more of a personnel decision) may have been recognizing that Wilson shouldn't have been starting in the first place. I'm not sure why he is still the back-up. In a pinch, I think that Jameis would give the Giants a better chance to remain competitive.
-
Could be - but you seemed to be asking for the rest of the season rather than one week - still a long way to go this season. Jeudy may still end up being the better hold (and if not, assuming this is a spot on the end of your bench, you'll benefit from never have to second guess yourself about keeping him on the bench).

The Washington coaches don't seem to believe this. They rarely scheme plays and gameplans towards him and he rarely leads the team in targets.

MNF Discussion: Commanders @ Chiefs - Week 8

They got a replacement - I can see passing on the 58 yarder, but, yeah, it's getting a bit ridiculous. -

I like how Buck/Aikmann build up McLaurin ar the # 1 weapon. Of course, on the first series he gets zero targats - I don't even think he was on the fied half of the plays. I wonder if the bad drop by Deebo leading to the INT will change that. -
It wasn't a push off, but a pick play. It seemed to me like the defender ran into to the other receiver - not sure the receiver should have the obligation to get out of the defenders way.

It will be interesting to see what the Giants do with Daboll this offseason. With no Nabers and no Skattaboo, it will be a challenge for the Giants to remain competitive, but changing the coaching staff and offensive scheme will probably not be beneficial for Dart's devlopment.

The Bucs are horrible - how they have 5 wins is one of the unexplained mysteries of the world.
-
I'd bench Skatt, but it probably won't much matter because I'm going against Bijan - 4 TDs and a couple hundred yards would not surprise me.
-
Quick ask: Deebo on Monday or Jordan Mason tonight-PPR
Showboat replied to MarshRoad's topic in A Little Help!
Mason -
I think I'd rather have Brown. McLaurin has never really been a target hog, so if he doesn't hit on a long pass or find the endzone, there is virtually no floor.
-
Kind of difficult to bench Judkins regardless of the opponent. I'm going back to Brown after a stint on my bench, so be prepared for a 10-22 effort.
-
I haven't seen anything suggesting Schultz is in danger of not playing.
-
Standard scoring no PPR R.Stevenson v.CLE (tough D but at least a home game) T.McLaurin @KCC (even if he returns, Mariota is at QB) H.Fannin @NEP (game-script should create targets, but Njoku may be back)
-
Goedert (unless you are really nervous about him popping up on the injury report, but I think he'll play)
-
Yes, I'd drop any of them for Gadsden. It kind of feels like chasing points, but I think he has more potential upside than any of them. If you have your heart set on keeping likely, dump Njoku.
-
I think I'd keep Jeudy, even though he's done nothing this season. Not sure that any of the others offer clearly better upside.
