Wait, are you saying that the Climate Alarmists might have to give up their non-stop private flights around the world?

Honestly, I think there should be a lot of things that elected representatives need to forced to do. Nationwide policies for example. If the government passes the ACA... then everyone who voted for it, must have that as their only source of medical insurance. If they want supplemental, then fine, pay for it out of your own pocket. If you want to just pay as you go, so be it. No luxury plan like they have now. FOCK THAT!

That's b.s. in my opinion. The only way I can see something like that would be if the charges don't match. If anyone goes online and creates an account claiming to be someone else and posting things that could impact their lives, that's not free speech. Something like that needs to be re-visited in the court system.

LOL, it's 100% politics. As I said, there is no doubt that if Thomas were a Democrat, that there would be no investigation. None. At all. In fact, it probably wouldn't have even been brought up. Don't kid yourself on that. Don't kid yourself about Trump either. Clinton could've had the same charges brought up against her, but where are they? No where. That's all you need to know. -
I'm on the complete opposite end of the spectrum with you on this one. He's a runner only on a team that won't score much and be losing a lot. Sure, he might get 75% of the carries, but how many will that be... 12 a game? White is a non-factor in the passing game... what, a catch a game maybe for like 7 yards? If he rushes for 6 yards per carry he'll get someone 8.5 fpg with a shot that maybe once every 4 games, he scores a TD. Hard pass on this dude. I wouldn't even pick him up off waivers, let alone draft him. Yeah, I know he averaged like 20 a game last year at the end of the season, but I think this years team will be a lot worse than last year's. I think if they win 5 games, that should be considered as massively successful season. I expect them to be losing by 10 points in the 2nd Quarter in almost every game making the running attack moot in the second half. Don't act like I'm nuts on 5 wins either. Vegas has their number at 6.5 with only 3 teams (Carolina, Denver, and New England), with less... so they're expected to be in the range of one of the 5 worst teams in the league. Yeah, I know, I may be exaggerating with 12 carries... he may get 17, but I was also exaggerating with 6 ypc as well. Odds are, he'll be around 4. So, 12 carries a 6 per clip is almost the same as 17 carries at 4 per clip. My point is, he'll probably be somewhere between 12 and 17 a game depending on how bad they're getting beat. The fact that he's a non-factor in the passing game makes him very dependent on TD's. This team may be one of the worst scoring teams in the NFL, so I highly doubt that White's scoring a lot of TD's. With drafting a guy in the mid-70's , you're expecting him to be your RB2 or flex play. In a PPR league, I want more than 9 fpg from my RB/Flex guy. I'd project him for 220 carries at 4.2 per clip (924 yards), with 25 receptions for 150 yards and 5 total TD's. That comes to about 162 PPR fantasy points, or 9.6 per game, which by last years' standards, RB41. To note, I think I'm being generous with those projections.

As mentioned earlier, we do it with Police, why can't the same be applied to teachers/classrooms? Even more so with the classroom. Now kids can't just wander into a room unaccompanied and do crap and get away with it.

Trump challenges Biden to golf match, says he'll give $1 million to charity if he loses

My contention is that everything the Democrats do against a Republican, the #1 (and #2, and #3.... ), factor is political. Also, that there'd be ZERO interest in Thomas if he were a Democrat. I tried this with Gutterboy, but he proved me wrong when I said that even he would agree with that, but I'll try it with you... as far as that last sentence, even you would agree with that. Am I right? -

I have no problem with investigations. I just find it interesting that they only seem to happen when it suits political agendas. I also always question the validity of any claim made by Democrats. I don't think a less credible group as ever walked the planet than the current Democrat party. -

Oh, yeah, it's a major inconvenience and a pain in the azz. I know a few will require real help, but for the most part, it's not as big a deal in the summer as it would be in the winter.

ONE day? Meh. In July of 2013 (the year after Hurricane Sandy that tore up North Jersey), we had a huge storm (just not a hurricane), that tore up South Jersey. I was without power for a week. I got by fine. Edit: Realized I can't read. I take back the "meh" comment. That said, I stand by my claims that we were without power for a week and managed. Most of the area was without power for 3 days. Surrounding areas were without power for just 1. Yeah, some actions need to take place, but for the mass majority, it's not a huge deal, just a major inconvenience.

You're assuming corruption, that's the difference. We've already seen that over the last 10 years, the Democrats have no problems going after political opponents in the courtroom for purely political reasons. -
How are camera's in a classroom any different than police body cams?

There's nothing about free speech here. This is 100% slander, defamation of character, and at the very least, identity theft.

The "Merrick Garland" rule was the azzhat McConnel's bs, and not really a rule. The Senate is 50/50 with Dem's holding the tie VP breaker. If they can get their person in, they will. The timing is two-fold. One, to push the false narrative that the Democrat party is the party of "Decency" and "Democracy". The other is to take focus off of Biden's incompetence, that we all knew years ago. If they can get Thomas out in time, they'll be able to get their Justice in, and the election won't matter. If they can't, when Trump wins, they'll slow play the Thomas stuff for years, then ramp it up full force 4 years from now and hope they have a better candidate than the GOP in 2028 and then appoint their activist if they win. If they lose, there's no real consequence because if/when Thomas would step down of his own accord, it would be during a Republican's tenure in office. Statistically, this is the best chance of getting the outcome they like. Now, if they were smart... like that's even possible, they'd have waited until after the election. If Biden somehow wins, the Democrats can push forward with this in early 2025 and hope they can get Thomas out and then put their activist in. That would've given them about 2 years or so to let the waves calm down over this political target and hope the majority of the voting world forget that they once again that they are targeting political opponents in the courtroom. The fact that this would've made the separation 5-4, wouldn't have made the waves so high where people wouldn't forget. It's not a tide turning seat. Had it been 5-4 Republican and this would make it 5-4 Communist, then that would've been a bigger issue. -

Nothing is going to happen to Hunter. He was held out as fodder to shield Joe. After the election, both Hunter and Joe are going to go to their mansions to live out their lives. Don't be so stupid. Plus, remind me of what office Hunter holds? -

LOL, you are exactly what the Leftist's love. He's been crooked for years. Here's the thing... if he goes down, another Democrat will replace him. There's no political consequence because they're not losing that seat to a Republican. It's just like the crooked mayor's they've had in Baltimore. The only time any politician or political appointee gets targeted by their own side, is if there's no threat of losing. I will admit I was wrong one thing here. I said, "even you know this." Clearly, that's not true. -

While I don't disagree with what you said, this is clearly political... just like the Trump/NY trial. The only objective here is to hopefully get Thomas out of the SC while Biden is in office so that they can put another young, unqualified, far-leftist activist in his place. The Democrats have been so egotistical and stubborn (much like those on this board), that they didn't realize they were going to lose in November, so now they have to change their original plan of waiting until after the election to do this. The reason they didn't push forward earlier with this was because they didn't want the Right to have a chance to claim that they were being targeted by the Left for political reasons. They just watched that blow up in their face with Trump, so they were probably going to do this in like February had the polls been favorable to Biden. Well, now the Communists are scared that their figure head is going to lose, they don't want to wait 4 more years of a 6-3 right wing advantage in the SC, so they need to push forward. They don't care if this backfires on them again because they already know they're fighting a losing war, so they're going to try and win a battle. That's all this investigation is about. Also, as @cyclone24 said there's a 0% chance that if Thomas was a Democrat, this investigation ever takes place. This investigation is 100% political and 0% propriety. The potentiality that they may actually be right, is only a bonus. -

I'm a Pirates fan. The other 3, meh. The problem is the rules of the league, not the teams playing by those rules. I do root against the higher salary teams, but I don't dislike them. The Brewers though? HATE 'EM!! Especially more so when Braun was caught cheating and blamed an innocent man, and got him fired. Fock that douche and organization, forever.
