How would the libs react if biden runs in 2024 and he is...

Only for football. I grew up in the Bradenton area... we had the Bucs and Pirates (Spring), baseball. So I am Pirates and Buccaneers fan. I don't like basketball or hockey. -

Most, but not all of them. He still wants things for corporations, because he is a business man after all, that aren't really in the countries best interests. I will tax the HELL out of imports. Even more so for American companies with foreign outlets (for cheap labor), coming back into the US. Products using China slave labor will not be allowed to be sold in America. I would make it so that for Nike to sell 1 pair of shoes, and make $1 profit, they'd need to sell them for $5k. Funds going to Green Energy outlets will be stopped completely. They're 100% payoffs for elections... as too will funds for gender studies and alike. They're nothing but end arounds for money laundering to line the pockets of elected officials. I'd increase funding for HBCU's. I don't do Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any of that crap, so anyone claiming to be me... it's fake. -
I think his tenure with the Pats is 100% dependent on the draft in April. If they take a 1st round QB, then he's at best, a #2 (if he beats out Zappe). Drafting a #1 means Mac Jones is getting released. At that point, stashing Rourke would be a waste. BUT, if they choose to wait until the 2nd or 3rd round to draft a QB, then there's a chance that Rourke will get a chance to compete for the starting job.

I have many libertarian stances, the rest are conservative. I have no leftist stances. I'm very down the middle on most of the social "hot button" issues, and personal freedoms. From a financial perspective, I'm very much conservative and like the fair trade/capitalist system. I just think that the corruption/exploitation of the system by those in charge, are the problem. -

I for one, am all for a Civil War, let's do it. I'll fight. Though, my guess is that my version of Civil War isn't what everyone else's version is. I think it should be the collective population vs Washington DC. A full re-set. EVERYONE OUT! Disbandment of the current parties, new parties formed, and new people in. We have a constitution in place, let's follow it. The "system" isn't broken, the people running the system are. I'll volunteer to be the new President. Everyone here (except the far leftists), would love me! -
Progressive Dem who defunded Austin Police ripped for requesting police patrols at home

Also, I find it hypocritical that the Leftists in this country who want to ban guns, are perfectly willing to hire private security who carry guns. -

I think we need to stop using the word "Progressive" when referring to liberals. Communism is the opposite of "Progressive". -

Removed because they "don't like him"? Explain. -
Happy Birthday you old fuddy duddy.

Thanks. I'll have a roster spot open in my keeper league. He can't be any worse of a shot in the dark at this point in time.
-
At that point, fantasy football rosters will be 2 QB's, 1 RB, 5 WR's, and a kicker. You'll make RB's, TE's, and DE's irrelevant.

I never understood the hate for Jewish people. When I was in elementary school in Bradenton, I had a lot friends who were Jewish. Their families treated me very well when I was at their house. When I moved up here to NJ, I never had issues with anyone Jewish. Have a few friends up here who are and I've never had anything but great interactions with their family.

Eagles ticket price will probably be about double that. I think they'll be in the $350 to $400 range for the cheapest tickets. A co-worker of mine had to sell his tickets to the Eagles/Giants (divisional round), game last year. His tickets were in Section 232, and he sold them for $750 each (2 tickets). Last year, friends of mine FLEW to Houston for Games 1 & 2 for the World Series. Flight, tickets (2 games... 2 tickets each), hotel room (3 nights)... total cost $2500. Game 3 tickets in Philly (all the way up), were selling for $3k each.

Both said he wasn't all that good.
-
Yeah, McNabb is more appreciated by people who hate him than those who supposedly like him.
-
I'm working with a pair of brothers in 15 minutes... one is a Giants fan, the other is an Eagles fan. I'll ask them what they thought of McNabb. I'm expecting the Giants fan to say he was good and the Eagles fan to say he sucked. Around 3:30 or so, I'll let you know. Should be fun. They're originally from the Trenton area.
-
LOL
-
You new to the area? Every Cowboy, Giants, and Redskins fan (in this area), always trashes every Eagles player. The only one they ever say was good (outside of Reggie White), is McNabb.
-
I worked there for a time, but didn't live there. Sometimes work there when I go to meet clients. Like today. Right now I'm in Hammonton.
-
I lived in Atlantic County after moving here from Florida at age 11. I now live in Gloucester County. Never lived in Burlington County.
-
I live in the Philadelphia market (South Jersey), lived here since I was 11, I know a TON of Eagles fans. I know more Cowboys, Giants, and Redskins fans who think more highly of McNabb than Eagles fans. I stopped listening to WIP a very long time ago. I stopped when I got satellite radio somewhere around 2005.
-
I think he is that too, but the vast majority of Eagles fans think he was average and should've never been in Philly as long as he was.
-
He carried those offenses to points they didn't belong, but because he hit a wall against a team that can stop him, that's his fault and not the fault of the coaches and/or talent evaluators for not improving the team. So like I said, he doesn't get the respect he deserves.

Jackson got to Philly in 2008, McNabb's second to last year... they made it to the NFCCG as a wild card team after winning 2 road playoff games. Jackson lead the team in receptions with a whopping 62, and only had 2 TD's. In the conference championship game that year, McNabb threw for 375 yards and 3 TD's (1 int, the 2nd possession of the game). He scored 3 TD's in 3 of their last 4 possessions. Maybe the biggest moment of garbage play came from the defense that year, who allowed an 8-minute 72 yard drive giving up the game winning TD. But maybe that's just me. The following year, Maclin finally got there, which was McNabb's last season. McNabb only played 1 season with both of them. Like I said, when the best receiver on your team is James Thrash, Todd Pinkston, Chad Lewis, or Kevin Curtis... you were clearly working with a low level corp of players.
-
Yeah, the defenses were great... but at no point in time, during McNabb's career in Philly, did he have an NFL caliber receiving corp. Even the year they had T.O., the next best WR was Todd Pinkston who had 36 receptions. It's not hard for playoff caliber defenses to defend a team with no real WR threats.
