    Student Loan “forgiveness”

They're hoping that over time, any money they borrowed would be forgiven and/or, tuition retroactively will be voided. Hence, they'll never have to actually pay the money.
  2. This is a good thing. Anytime a leftist establishment shuts down its operations, the country wins.
  3. The reason I don't have an issue with the law is because Alabama law states that an embryo inside or outside the body is life, hence requires the same protection. If that's the foundation, abortion laws need to apply to both. Neither the left or the right, are correct on the abortion issue, but at the very least, they need to be consistent.

    Truckers For Trump

Agreed. Leave that childish behavior to the children on the left.
  5. LOL, that's pretty funny. The guy who said "Poor people are just as smart as white people", "...first sort of mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy", "You cannot go to a 7/11 or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking." That guy... he's not racist? G.T.F.O.H.
  6. NYT articles are written by liberals who only talk to liberals. Nothing more than a propaganda rag promoting the leftist agenda. They're on par with The Enquirer.

Measles outbreak at Florida elementary school

LOL, that's how I always equated it.
  8. Yeah, I know... I just hope that one day the left will see the obvious. A fools errand, I know, but Hope and Change, right?

    2024 Free Agency Tracker

Tampa needs to re-sign David, Winfield, and Evan. As far as White and Mayfield are concerned? The door is that --------> way.
  10. How come he's not being called racist or xenophobic? Or is it only Republican's who can be called racist and xenophobic?

    Trump INDICTED

Gotta love a country where people attack their political opponents in court, eh?
  12. Judging by the first half dozen pages, I'm ok with the decision under current Alabama law. That said, I think my initial take is the right one. The laws should be written to allow the parents to decide the legal direction. Abortion does not belong under the government purview. I'm ok with governmental boundaries, but overall, individual rights. Smoking, and alcohol are similar. People have the right to smoke and drink... AND PAY FOR IT THEMSELVES, but the government says at what age they're allowed to. The same can apply to abortion. If a parent wants to kill their kid, fine, they have to pay for it out of their own pocket. I'm ok with a federal mandate of a time period... not exceeding 21 weeks. At that point, how Alabama sees the embryo's, should be acceptable across the board. Meaning, an embryo outside the body has the same right to life as if it were inside the body.
  13. I only read the OP, I couldn't read the NYT article. I see a frozen embryo as property, because it's not in the woman and attached. Going by what you're saying is in the article, then I think the proper route would be to allow the law be written to give the parents to decide the course of action. If the parents want to say, "Nah, flush it", then that's what should happen. If the parents want a wrongful death suit or murder, then that's fine with me too. The problem with abortion is that both sides want and need, abortion to be a political football.

    Does hell exist?

Evidence of heaven... Florida/Texas Evidence of hell... California/NY
  15. Why are liberals upset about this? They're mad that an embryo that will never be born, can't be destroyed? Really? That's their gripe?

Here's another one. https://www.npr.org/2023/06/01/1179301244/minnesota-settlement-lawsuit-transgender-inmate-christina-lusk-prison In California, there's so far been 21... potentially more. https://www.them.us/story/trans-inmates-transferred-prisons-in-alignment-with-gender-california-law Massachusetts... https://www.boston.com/news/local-news/2019/01/24/transgender-inmate-moved-to-womens-prison/

Lithium Mining & Disposal vs Gasoline

There is no climate crisis, only liberals (the higher ups), needing new revenue streams to make sure their portfolio's can grow to match the inflation rate increases that they're creating.

    NCAA Hoops '23-'24

Yeah, Creighton was shooting lights out and UConn was shooting if the lights were out. lol That win should lock Creighton in to at worst a 3-seed in the tourney if they don't fock it up.

It was a good game, would've been better had UConn won.

    NCAA Hoops '23-'24

UConn goes for 15th consecutive win tonight, on the road, against #15 Creighton. Back in January, UConn won at home by 14. Beat 15 for 15? I think so. A UConn win would mark the first time in Big East history, where a team won 15 straight conference games. Only 2 other teams have accomplished the feat... the 1995-96 UConn Huskies and 1984-85 St. John's Redmen. On Saturday, UConn made history by beating #4 Marquette by 28 points. That margin of victory is the largest in conference play between two Top 5 AP teams since the inception of the AP Poll. UConn is 5-1 vs top 25 teams this year... all 5 wins were by double digits. Go team!
  21. If that's true, then why the big push to change what was happening?
  22. Yes, but if you include those 40, it's still 62% by only 6.5%. At that point, quibbling between 62% and 72% is rather irrelevant. Whether it's 62% or 72%, the evidence is clear that the statistics reveal repeat offenders. While 6.5% of the population is black, I'm willing that the criminal element is probably only like 1%± of the overall. Target that small portion and stop letting them go out and commit more crimes. I don't see why that's so hard. Well, I do actually. When you tell the country that Conservatives are racists, it's hard to go back say, "Well, we think they're probably right."
  23. Russia Collusion told us that the Democrats think this is a non-issue if we're making a political attack.
