When I went down there, I had to try alligator. LOL I pretty much ate anything that was primary local cuisine. I wasn't going to eat anything I was used too. I ate gumbo, jambalaya, alligator, and crawfish. I wish I never tried the crawfish... but glad I did, cause now I KNOW, I'll never have to eat it again.

That poll is very promising for the future. Independents are in the ballpark of where they were in Trump's first term and higher than Biden. Biden's administration is even too far to the right than the current pace of the left. At this current point in time, Vance seems to be a lock in 2028 because the left is only going to keep moving further left and the Independent's have shown that they will not go there.

Most ridiculous home run you will ever see. Not counting Canseco's off the dome

Gotta love it... Fenway and Yankee stadium. The only 2 ball parks where a little leaguer can pop one out. -
Interesting. On a roast beef sandwich, I've only really ever put horseradish, gravy, a provolone cheese.

Does that change the fact that he appears to be better at soccer? Does that mean he's not playing soccer at all? -

Looks like soccer is his best sport. Bill may need to wait a little longer for Brady #2. -

Belichick's first year in New England... 5-11. Second year, won Super Bowl. -
I made it to the playoffs in 3 of my 4 re-draft leagues. I won 1, lost 1, knocked out in the semi's in the other one. My QB's (in order were), Goff, Mayfield, Nix. I guess Mayfield. In the league I had Mayfield, he finished #4. This was my lineup.... RB: Irving RB: Taylor WR: JSN WR: Collins WR: Higgins TE: Jonnu Smith On the bench I had... Godwin, R. Rice, Mixon I went 8-6, had the 5-seed, lost in the championship (12-team league). The QB I drafted earlier, was CJ Stroud. Got Mayfield with my last pick (before K & DEF).

You're going all out to point out things that say he's the best in the game. The point is that I don't really refute the numbers, so I can't argue against it, I just think people are going overboard with what those numbers mean.

You're take on this reminds me of my cousin, when we had an NBA discussion. He said that LeBron was the best of all-time. I said, "I don't know about that, I'd put Jordan, Wilt, and Russell ahead of him" (implying that I think he's the 4th best of all-time). His response? "Oh yeah, so LeBron sucks?" I'm not saying the guy isn't great. I'm just saying that people are a bit over the top on their narrative. I think him being in Dallas is a big reason for that. I think him beating up on 2 really bad teams for 4 years helps.
-
Oh, I have no doubt he's not playing every snap, but I'm willing to bet the vast majority of those plays that he's not on the field are expected run plays and/or plays in game situations where his presence on the field isn't all that important... be that they're up or down, really big late in games.

LOL, I wasn't saying they were quitting. I was just having fun. Don't take it too literally. My point was that they were just doing what other teams were doing and not putting up an established quality pitcher up against Skenes.
-
How about, "I Noah Knigga @ Eastern Michigan"?
-
What, I was right? The Red Sox did what a lot of teams have been doing... they either bring up a prospect to make his debut, I believe this is the 4th time it's happened, to pitch opposite Skenes, or the push an established pitcher back. They know that when Skenes pitches, you're getting 2 runs max, but more likely 1 or 0. Teams don't want to use up a top pitcher to win a pitcher's dual against a lineup that is one of the 5 worst in baseball. I mean, I don't blame them. The Pirates are only 15-13 when Skenes pitches. They have just about a 50/50 shot. Why use a top tier pitcher when you won't have too?

Our issue was that when Gaines called Olbermann gay, you said that meant she was homophobic. I said she was just trying to piss him off and trigger him because he would think the same.... because he's weak minded, just like you. -
