    Agreed.
  2. I think the NBA players should have to move to China.

    Pelosi melt down

You very well could be right. I mean, they're going to have to do it at some point. The interesting thing is "who". The Democrats love to tell us how "moderate" they are and how "far right" we are. They tell us that we're overreacting when we say the Democrats are moving towards socialism. They also love to glorify the their young base. Well, their young base is socialist. It'll be interesting to see who that next person is because if it's a socialist like AOC, they'll lose all credibility with the moderates. If it's a really moderate person (don't know if any of those exist any more), they could lose the socialists.

    Pelosi melt down

Agreed. I think it's hilarious about the grandstanding approach she's taking when on their side there's likely significant money for more of that same garbage from last time. This is the biggest problem I have with the government. Any bill/funding that's being introduced should only include money relevant to the purpose of the bill. Period.

You knew that this was going to be a disaster when right off the bat when Blitzer is rolling off the bad things going down and she has that condescending smile on her face.

    UPDATE: Jets Release Le'Veon Bell

It's because Bell has a high cap hit. There aren't many teams who can afford him.

    trade advise

I wouldn't do that deal if I'm the other guy. I'm giving up 2 starting RB's for a QB and a RBBC? On top of that, Parker is the better WR. No way! If that guy does this deal, you are a huge winner.

2020 NFL Scoring Way Up... Why?

That could be what is happening, but the general thought in the offseason was the opposite.

Ding Dong Bell Is a Chief.

The team acquiring Bell would have to account for about $10M this year, plus a minimum of $28M over the next 2 season. The teams that can afford that are: Browns Cowboys Washington Jaguars Patriots Broncos Lions Eagles Dolphins I'd say that the teams in bold would be the ones who could use a RB and have the cap space. That said, I don't think the Pats or Dolphins would make the trade.

Ding Dong Bell Is a Chief.

No cap space. Jets would have to take cap money in return and see less value on the return in general.

2020 NFL Scoring Way Up... Why?

If I were a gambling man, I'd say that the NFL told the refs to tone down the offensive penalties to help gamblers/fantasy football players. Generates more interest if you have higher scores. I think they're doing that to keep the tv ratings from plummeting.

    trade advise

I would pick up Fitz and package him with someone like Jackson or Swift to get Gaskin. You're giving up a part-time player with upside and a decent QB (who may have a shelf life), for a RB2 that you could start every week. The other guy is getting a RB for depth and a top 10 QB who very well may play all season... it's a win/win in my opinion.

    WaPo is pretty funny

I agree that there will be factions, but I think the Left is WAY more fragmented than the Right. I highly doubt you'd see factions of the Right getting anywhere near 5% and I can see many Left factions getting well over 5% each. In the end, I think the lowest the Republican party would get is 35% and the ceiling for the Democrat party is 25%... maybe even less. For the most part, I think Republicans across the board are in agreement 90% of the time on all issues. I think Democrats would be fortunate if they could hit 50%.

    WaPo is pretty funny

If all of those parties existed, there would only be Republican's in office. Almost all of the groups you listed are factions of the Left. Only the Proud Boys would be a faction of the right. The ONLY reason that Democrats win elections is because of the black vote. Well, the BLM party would get 95% of the black vote and the other 5% would be Republican's. The Proud Boys and the rest would all get like 1% of the vote and never garner any notoriety. Maybe we should support this kind of idea. Republicans would get about 48% of the vote, the Dems about 38%, BLM Party about 10%, and about 4% of the cumulative remainder.

    trade advise

Even more of a reason why the value of QB's are devalued. Better QB's generally throw the ball less because they're winning more often... even still, the variation isn't all that high. Outside of Prescott who has a ton of talent to work with and a horrible defense, then next highest QB (Minshew - thus proving my point more), is averaging 27.4 comps per game. After him, there are 25 other QB's averaging at least 20 per start. In a 12-team league, if the top 18 QB's are taken, Ryan Tannehill at #19, is averaging 23.3 per game. That's only 4 points than #2. The kicker is... the top 10 (after Dak): Gardner Minshew 27.4 Joe Burrow 27 Josh Allen 26.25 Teddy Bridgewater 26 Matt Ryan 25.8 Derek Carr 25.6 Tom Brady 25.2 Kyler Murray 25.2 Drew Brees 25 Ben Roethlisberger 25 First off, that's a nominal drop. Secondly though, in a normal scoring system, only 3 of them rank in the top 10. Basically, it's helping lesser QB's catch up. The half-point per carry creates a bigger separation in RB's. There's almost 12 carries per game difference between the #1 RB (Henry - 27.3), and the #10 RB (Gurley - 15.8). Myles Gaskin, as previously mentioned is 20th in rush attempts at 12.8 per game. Ryan Fitzpatrick is QB6 in a standard scoring system... in this league, he's probably still top 10, and he's a free agent. I'm guessing there's another top 15 QB available as well. To get Allen or Wilson, I'd only offer up a mid range RB3.

    trade advise

I doubt it. I'm not giving up a starting RB for ANY QB, especially since QB's are a dime a dozen in the NFL anymore. Virtually every fantasy starting QB will get you 18+ ppg. If he packaged a decent player along with a QB, he might be able to get someone, but one-for-one, he's not getting anything good. He's also putting himself in a situation where he's depending on a mobile QB to stay healthy all year with no backup plan.

I'm still in mourning...pray for me

I'm expecting Morris to be the guy for the remainder of the season. Making a defensive coach the new HC on a team where defense is the problem, makes no sense. The funniest thing about the Falcons coming into their season is that their OC was Dirk Koetter (a former OC as well), and Raheem Morris was their DC. The part that's funny is that both were HC's in Tampa recently. Koetter (2016-2018), was 19-29. Raheem Morris (2009-2011), was the coach that Tampa hired after firing Gruden. In his 3 years as the HC, he was 17-31. Together, Morris and Koetter have a 36-60 coaching record and 0 playoff appearances. They stayed with the team while firing Quinn who was 43-42 with a 3-2 playoff record and a Super Bowl appearance.

    trade advise

QB's only have trade value in 2QB leagues and even then, it's minimal. In my 2QB keeper league, I have have Allen and Mahomes and I can't get anything of value for them. Josh Allen is averaging 30 ppg and I couldn't even get Tyreek Hill who's averaging 19 ppg.

I'm still in mourning...pray for me

Their problem was the extension they gave Ryan. He's a pretty decent QB, but you can't pay "decent", "elite" money. He signed his new deal after the 2018 season. Since then, they're 14-23. It's not a coincidence.
