You weren't going to get anything for Likely. Now, had Andrews had gotten a season ending injury that night... maybe you'd have gotten something. In one of my leagues, my TE was Luke Musgrave. I had the 4th waiver order pick. The guy at #1 asked me if I'd trade him a player for Likely. He said, "I'll take Likely with my waiver spot and guarantee that you get him if you trade me Rico Dowdle, B-Rob Jr, JSN or Ladd McConkey". I said, "Na, I'll just grab someone else". He didn't take Likely and I got him.

No, poor team building and coaching, is the reason they'll be drafting a QB. Thier OLine is straight trash. Their HC isn't really all that good. Their receiving corps ranks in the bottom 10, maybe bottom 5. Their defense, overall, is just as bad as their offense. There's not one aspect of that team that you can point to and say, "yes, we can build around that."

At worst, he's on par with Lawrence.

I'm not saying Young is good, but I've said this I'm other posts about Tampa, Dave Canales isn't as good as people are making him out to be. Young isn't going to be the lone reason this team will be drafting in the top 3 next season.

If the draft was offline, I'm ok with giving Hill back. If it was online, nope. Either way though, I'd have no problem leaving things the way they are. The owner dropped the player, so live with it.

He's always been a mediocre passer, this is nothing new. His value is in running. The better Barkley does this year, the more Hurts is going to disappoint. I still think he'll do fine though because they have too many weapons.

None. I don't really watch college football, so I have no idea what he'll be. I almost never draft rookie QB's either because there's always a good known quantity. Last year I drafted Stroud in my keeper league (2 QB), but that's because I already had Herbert and Fields (and it was 8 rounds in [we keep 5 players]).

Aaron Rodgers? I mean, most adp's and rankings I see have him way down the list, near 20. I think he has a reasonable shot at 4200 yards and 35 TD's. If he has 0 rushing points and say 15 Int's, that's somewhere near 300 fantasy points and based on last year, a low end QB1.

Taysom Hill, the last 2 years, has been a TE1 in 12-team leagues... TE9 in 2022 and TE12 in 2023. In these last 2 seasons, he's had at least 600 total yards and 6. Last year he had over 30 receptions. If you believe that he'll be active in the rushing, receiving, and even passing game, I think he's worth drafting. From what I've read, they're going to continue to use him in the running game. I think there's a legit chance for him to have 35 catches, 700 total yards and 8 TD's. That's good for over 150 points. Last year, that would be around TE10. Anything passing could put him in the 160+ area. I certainly wouldn't mind pairing him up with Engram or Pitts. I will say though, those two are the last of the TE's I'd target. If I didn't get anyone that I'd want, with an ADP nearing 200, I'd have no problem waiting until like the 14th round and taking Hill. As for Brown and Smith, I think that's not terrible if you need only one of them to be a WR1 or WR2, because you have St. Brown. Last year, there were a few weeks where one of them scored single digits, but if you're taking 2 WR's from the same team, I think you have to be prepared to accept that. The scary part could be when it's playoff time. In playoff weeks, the Eagles play Pittsburgh, Washington, and Dallas.

There are still 2 open cases that are pending, hence, the legal process is not done yet. That's why I said, "technically", the NFL didn't wait. If the NFL waited until the legal process was complete, he'd have never been suspended until these last 2 cases were resolved. Those 2 cases could still bring criminal charges. I didn't say anything about the Rice case.

No, the NFL technically didn't allow the legal process to play out. Watson did settle out of court, with 23 of 26 (one later dropped the charges, but 2 remain open), women and two Texas grand juries declined Watson in regards criminal charges placed against him. The state of Texas was still continuing to investigate the claims because in situations such as rape, sexual harassment, and sexual assault, the state does not need consent or help from the alleged victims to proceed. The can press charges and prosecute using only affidavits if they so choose. To this day, I still don't believe the state of Texas has closed these cases because there is still 2 person who has not settled. Though, I'm not 100% positive on that front (that they're still investigating to this day)... from what I've read there still seems to be 2 claim that has not been settled and why I believe the case remains open..

Really? I haven't followed him, but I've heard he'd a be 1st or 2nd round pick. Brennan was a Day 3 draft pick, so something doesn't sound right. I actually just googled it, and a website has Shedeur going #1 to the Giants next year.
