FBI to criminalize groups that received EPA grants?

I always think there's wrong doing when the government is handing out money for special interest groups. -
Trump is ‘100% serious’ about acquiring Greenland, Panama Canal, say sources close to prez-elect
TBayXXXVII replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
Apparently Greenland's election swung towards independence from Denmark. I don't think it'll ever become a US territory or state, but I do believe this would make it a lot easier for us to deal with Greenland by not needing to deal with Denmark. My inclination is that this would be best for both the US, Trump, Republicans and Greenland, not so much for Denmark and Communists Democrats, sorry, Freudian slip. -

Sounds good to me. Let's see where the money is going and why. -
Tampa Bay Rays not moving forward with new stadium plans
TBayXXXVII replied to Mike Honcho's topic in The Geek Club
I think the issue was in reference to a new stadium. I believe insurance is fixing the old one, so I don't think there's any money out of pocket on that front for the team or the city. -

In reading the whole article, it matches what I heard on the radio. There's rumblings about that indicate the Rays ownership might be selling the team. It's my guess that the current ownership doesn't want to spend any more money than they have to before they sell the team. -
That's true. Biden was better than Obama. Fortunately we have Trump now.

That should be concerning. I know it is to me.

I haven't seen a mock have McMillan drafted in the Top 5, so he's probably going to be there. That said, they don't have to take a WR in round 1. From what I've been reading, Emeka Egbuka could fall to the late 20's, Matthew Golden & Tre Harris are likely to fall into the 2nd round. A trade up to get Egbuka or sit at 36 and wait for Golden or Harris would work fine too, if the Jags like them. I've read like 7 or 8 different guys that could go between 20 and 40, so any of them, that the Jags like, would be the direction I think they should go in.

If they're smart, they keep Strange and spend a pick on a WR. Their second best WR wouldn't be a #4 on almost any other roster.

States rights. I believe in letting state regulate their own constituency. The thing is, they'll have to forfeit any and all federal money. The United States has a boundary to protect. If a state wishes to go against that, then they pay a price. That price is no federal funding, for anything, at all. Money is fungible. So, there's no way to regulate and ensure that federal money isn't being used to help illegal immigrants, so the only way to protect the federal boundary and money, is that these states are 100% financially independent. If the residents of that state are ok with it, so am I. If people don't like it, then they vote to change the laws... or move to a state that better supports their beliefs. I do think a wrinkle that would need to be addressed is sanctuary cities that are not in sanctuary states. My inclination is that the state allows it, but withholds any and all state funding. That city must be 100% financially independent. That said, as @Hardcore troubadour pointed out, this isn't a States Rights issue. I'm just willing to meet them in the middle. -

The problem is, not every sanctuary city is in a sanctuary state. I'm fine with sanctuary cities and states, with my previous posts conditions. -

I'm fine with sanctuary cities as long as those cities never get federal funding and those people NEVER leave the city. If they leave and go to another sanctuary city, then I'm ok with that too. If they go to a non-sanctuary city, then they can be deported with no issue. If it's a sanctuary state, I'm ok with this under the same premise. -
ICEMAN's plan to right the Patriots ship in 2025
TBayXXXVII replied to ICEMAN's topic in FFToday Board
Kupp isn't a bad option, but I'd target Keenan Allen before Cooper. Could probably sign either Kupp and Allen for $10M AAV. Probably not bad if they plan on addressing the position early on in the draft. I'm reading that solid WR's could fall to the late first round (possible trade up), or down to the second. -
They could target someone in the draft. A lot of stuff that I've read has Jeanty rated as a top 10 pick, but a whole bunch are rated between 20 and 65... the Chargers have picks 22 and 55.

I wouldn't be looking to draft any RB's in Philly (behind Barkley), at this point in time (if there are any dynasty leagues drafting now). I'd wait until after the draft and after the summer. I'm not so sure Shipley even makes the team come September. I know he only got 30 carries, but he also only averaged 2.7 ypa.

Just shows you how far left Obama really was.

Encouraging someone to do something is not along side forcing someone to do something.

Not what I was referring to. I was referring to promoting something as a good idea, isn't the same as the government making mandates.... among other things.

LOL, lot of liberal nonsense in there.

No, it's that liberals are a bunch of weak minded puzzies who'll end up buying more Tesla's soon.
