Jerry Jones Is A Focking Idiot

This is a separate argument that I've been making for years. Teams are paying QB's top money for being no different than almost any other QB. Right now, there are 2 QB's that are truly better than everyone else... Mahomes and Burrow. Then there's two that just a tick below... Jackson and Allen. After that, there's like 20+ other guys who are the virtually the same guy in different situations... some perfect for them, others not so much. But, teams will pay out the butt to keep JAG's, because they're scared, stupid, or conning their fanbase into a false sense of security.

Jerry Jones Is A Focking Idiot

Yeah, that's my point. The teams he plays against all the time (or that suck), he's great... everyone else... he's "good".

Jerry Jones Is A Focking Idiot

Of his 52.5 sacks, literally half (26.5), came against the Redskins, Panthers, Eagles, and Giants. Had only 27 against the rest of the league. Really good, yes. Elite, nah. LOL 20% of his sacks are against Washington! Last year, had 12 sacks... 10 came against the 4 teams I just mentioned. Prior year, those same 4 teams (plus the loser Jets), 10.5 of 14.

Jerry Jones Is A Focking Idiot

Probably gonna work out better for Dallas than Green Bay. In the games I saw Parsons play against a 44+ year old QB and (lol), Baker Mayfield, I think he's a bit overrated. I mean, he's really good, but he's not elite. At his position, he's probably outside the top 15.

I can see two of the three... not so much with Diggs. I think he's done.

    Last Keeper Slot Question

I would keep Juedy. Tracy is a JAG. There's nothing special about him. He's not someone you "keep". You can easily go get him at any point in your draft. Dowdle will probably be a FA after your draft. Shaheed might be the #1 target and producer in New Orleans... but when your QB throws for 150 yards a game because he doesn't belong in the NFL, that's not a recipe for a good fantasy WR.

    Who's the better keeper?

This is a good point. To me, the money says Connor, but you're right... if OP has an issue with Connor at being 30, then Cook probably is the safer pick.

    Who's the better keeper?

I'm guessing non-PPR? I'd take Connor. Both, from what I've seen are relatively similar in auction value this year. Take the guy that's cheaper. Especially since I'm not seeing anywhere where Cook is valued at $32.

    Waiver order ideas with sports?

Personally, I think auction bidding is something that people do, when they think they're smarter than everyone else. They choose to ignore the fact that if you're in an actually competitive league, you all know the same information and the only thing separating you from being 1st and last, is luck. If these people were so smart in the first place, why do they need a FAAB budget? They should've drafted those players when they had the chance, right? Anyway, I think @JagFan's idea was a good one. Have the league members do a daily fantasy lineup with the college games this Saturday. How they finish is the waiver order.

    MLB 2025

Cy Young voting.... Vegas has Skubal (-125), as a slight favorite over Crochet (+100), the rest look like you're throwing money away as Hunter Brown is 3rd at +3000. I was thinking about doing a Cy Young parlay, the problem is, who do I take in the NL. I can do one with Skubal and another w/Crochet, so that's not the issue. The issue is that Skenes is the run away favorite at -10000 and I have a hunch, that the Pirates shut him down in mid-September, maybe sooner. Here's the situation: Skenes last pitched on the 24, based on the fact that they've been giving him either 4 or 5 days rest (5 between his last 2), he should pitch Saturday - his NL leading 28th start, but the Pirates haven't named a starter yet. Combining minors and majors last year, Skenes pitched 160.1 innings... this year, he's at 161. I can see the Pirates giving him 6+ days rest between starts or even shut him down after 1 more start, maybe 2. He currently leads the MLB in WAR, ERA, & ERA+. He leads just the NL in GS, FIP, & HR/9. With Wheeler now done, he'll have a legit shot at K's. He's 2 behind Cease, 1 ahead of Webb. After Skenes, the next 3 best odds to win the NL Cy Young are... Cristopher Sanchez +1400 Matthew Boyd +5000 Freddy Peralta +5000 Anyone with thoughts?

    McMillan

Pre-trade, he was going in the 6th as WR29. The thought was likely a weak offense and QB. As we saw with Nabers & Thomas, if your WR is the #1 target on the team, he can be a fantasy WR1. I'd be willing take take him in the 4th as a WR2 and hope it works out. Carolina has a pretty weak schedule, so that helps.

    McMillan

    Agreed.

    McMillan

More to the topic, I thought that regardless of what we think... McMillan was going to be the guy, virtually, no matter what. To me, Thielen leaving is better for Legette and Coker. If I had to put numbers on them, I'd say that McMillan was going to get around 130+ targets. I think the only reason why Legette and Coker got the target share they got last year, was because Thielen only played 10 games who was on pace for over 100 targets. Now, Coker did a bunch of games, but he was only getting about 4 targets a game. I think the Panthers throw more this year, with better than a 6.2 ypa rate. I think now there's enough targets to say that McMillan could be a surprise WR1, but solid WR2. Either Coker or Legette could be a WR2 and the other a WR3. If Thielen is there, I'd say that all 3 of those guys were at best, WR3's... most likely 1 or 2 would've been a WR4.

    McMillan

I didn't think Thielen mattered in the first place, so no.

Still can't get over that "L" either, eh? LOL This just adds to it.

LOL, your party loves how you just swallow everything. I'll take your deflection as realizing you are wrong and a refusal to admit it.

Is Donald Trump very sick? Whats with his hands?

No he didn't. He was calling out Tim as being a hypocrite because he didn't see that Biden was a mental midget for at least 3 years. All I did was point that out. Of course, you're free to disagree and be wrong, but that would be par for the course.

Why would it not just be the reverse order of the draft? Why make it random?
