Honestly, I think they if they go to trial, Mangione is going to try an insanity plea.
-
He thinks that Trump and everyone else will just do what Musk tells them to do. Funny, they didn't seem to have a problem the last 4 years when someone was telling Biden what to do.
-
hmmm.... I wonder why....
-
Darn! I'm 13.5... can't get home unless I can charge it while at work. At least it's not my electric bill for 9 hours, give or take. Now I just need $100k.
-
Sure, but do you really think all of the potential jurors are going to tip their hand and be dismissed? Like I said, it only takes 1 to get through.
-
1) No, TRUMP didn't work on this at all. (misinformation) 2) Correct 3) Musk isn't the president. (misinformation) 4) You have proof of this? (show it, or misinformation) 5) You have proof of this, or is just a random tweet your proof? (show it, or misinformation) 6) Trump didn't do anything yet. So, your heading of "Elon Musk shuts down govt" is misinformation. Looks like you're no different than a typical talking head on MSDCN or FNN.
-
"Elon musk shuts down govt" I believe that he didn't shut anything down nor has the ability to do so. He's not even a politician.
-
We saw that NY doesn't care about the actual law... jurors minds are made up before the trial and done deal. If this thing goes to trial, there will be at least one person who is a leftist, no doubt about it.
-
So, does this count as misinformation that should be banned?

If this dude and his attorney are smart, they go to trial. He's going to get a slap on the wrist compared to what he should get. The DA is going to throw every possible charge at him that he can... because he knows he'll never get any murder chargers. A plea deal sends this dude to jail for life with "a chance" of parole. If he goes to trial, there's no way they get a unanimous guilty verdict on any of he life imprisonment charges. Like you said, it only takes ONE person to get on that jury to say "fock you", and this dude walks completely out the door. It only takes ONE person to just get him out of the murder charges. I think there's going to be at least one person in the jury pool who'll say "not guilty" on all of the serious charges and the only guilty verdict will probably be on a gun charge that'll get him 3 to 5 years.
-
They only get to dismiss a certain amount of people. I'm willing to bet that anyone who was focked over or had a family member focked over by an insurer would pay to get on that jury.
-
If you define "non-racists" as white liberals pretending not be racist, then you probably are right on this assessment.

As for your first paragraph, most sane people agree with this. As for your second, it's because money isn't the problem, its culture.

Republicans are looking to stop welfare and other benefits from going to illegal immigrants paroled into the U.S.
TBayXXXVII replied to jbycho's topic in The Geek Club
I think what will happen is that the liberal states will either 1) help Trump round up and deport the illegal immigrants or 2) they use their own welfare funds to foot the whole bill instead of getting the bulk of it from the federal government. I mean, this promotes states rights. If the states want them, they can have them... they just have to pay for them. At that point, the citizens of the state have 3 options... 1) accept that your taxes will sky rocket, 2) move to a Republican state, or 3) vote for Republican's to stop your tax increases. -

Just in case you go to a place with a trivia night, people next to us said Peter Parker to that question, we stole the answer because the correct answer is Uncle Ben... as to who said that. It was the difference between $10 and $25 off our bill that night. -

Good. -
@IGotWorms thinks that Republican's are racist because a liberal institution didn't accept more black people. Let that sink in. As always with the Democrat party... irony is the main course of the day.

Nailed it.

One year prior, that would've been considered "mostly peaceful".

Olbermann recommends his former network ‘fire Mika and Joe’ Scarborough, double down on leftist content
TBayXXXVII replied to jbycho's topic in The Geek Club
The problem with your posts are that pretty much they always start on point, then you take them to completely drastic level. Make your point, take the win, and move on. No need to go to the ends of the earth trying to convince those who will never listen. -

HA!! Now THAT's funny (I don't think that you're wrong either). -
Never heard of them. Though, I openly suggest that when it comes to music, unless I specifically tell you to take my opinions seriously... you never should. There's an extremely limited amount of music I listen to and virtually never listen to it. It wasn't that long ago that I found out that Queen and Queensryche are two different bands and The Who and Guess Who are two different bands. When the metal band did their version of Sound of Silence, I just found out that it was Simon AND Garfunkle (band), not Simon N. Garfunkle (person).

Diddy Party Tapes Reportedly Spark Fierce 'Bidding War' Among Worried Celebrities
TBayXXXVII replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
It's not really one party absent the other, it's about being an elitist who thinks they can buy their way out of trouble... and they generally can. That said, if I were a gambling man, I'd bet the number of liberals is considerably higher than the number of conservatives. -
I agree completely with this post, but the prior one, I think @supermike80 is right. For some reason, people blindly follow polls. To me, the only poll that is valid, is the one at the end of election day. I think Trump's objective here is to find information on how they're gathering data to create their polling numbers. You and I agree that they're stupid, but both parties use them a lot. If someone or some group is purposefully fixing the data to meet an agenda, then I think that's something that should be brought to light. Trump won Iowa by 13%. To have a poll come out just before the election and say that Harris had a sizeable lead tells me that there was some purposeful fudging of the numbers. Had Trump barely squeak by in Iowa, then I think there's some merit to your prior post. That said, I do think that if you say someone has a "sizeable lead", and that person loses, I think it falls outside the range of error.

In case you didn't notice, there a few who posted that were after him, that were before me, that are know Leftists.
