One year prior, that would've been considered "mostly peaceful".

Olbermann recommends his former network ‘fire Mika and Joe’ Scarborough, double down on leftist content
TBayXXXVII replied to jbycho's topic in The Geek Club
The problem with your posts are that pretty much they always start on point, then you take them to completely drastic level. Make your point, take the win, and move on. No need to go to the ends of the earth trying to convince those who will never listen. -
Olbermann recommends his former network ‘fire Mika and Joe’ Scarborough, double down on leftist content

HA!! Now THAT's funny (I don't think that you're wrong either). -
Never heard of them. Though, I openly suggest that when it comes to music, unless I specifically tell you to take my opinions seriously... you never should. There's an extremely limited amount of music I listen to and virtually never listen to it. It wasn't that long ago that I found out that Queen and Queensryche are two different bands and The Who and Guess Who are two different bands. When the metal band did their version of Sound of Silence, I just found out that it was Simon AND Garfunkle (band), not Simon N. Garfunkle (person).

Diddy Party Tapes Reportedly Spark Fierce 'Bidding War' Among Worried Celebrities
TBayXXXVII replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
It's not really one party absent the other, it's about being an elitist who thinks they can buy their way out of trouble... and they generally can. That said, if I were a gambling man, I'd bet the number of liberals is considerably higher than the number of conservatives. -
I agree completely with this post, but the prior one, I think @supermike80 is right. For some reason, people blindly follow polls. To me, the only poll that is valid, is the one at the end of election day. I think Trump's objective here is to find information on how they're gathering data to create their polling numbers. You and I agree that they're stupid, but both parties use them a lot. If someone or some group is purposefully fixing the data to meet an agenda, then I think that's something that should be brought to light. Trump won Iowa by 13%. To have a poll come out just before the election and say that Harris had a sizeable lead tells me that there was some purposeful fudging of the numbers. Had Trump barely squeak by in Iowa, then I think there's some merit to your prior post. That said, I do think that if you say someone has a "sizeable lead", and that person loses, I think it falls outside the range of error.

In case you didn't notice, there a few who posted that were after him, that were before me, that are know Leftists.

@nobody was NOT who I was talking about... it was the far leftist branch that I was referring to because they constantly post their ignorance and you can never tell when they're being ignorant or making a joke.

Good thing the Communist has his priorities straight.... And Democratic U.S. Rep. Mark Pocan replied to a message from U.S. Rep. Derrick Van Orden on X, saying in part: "Support better gun laws or stay out. Thought & prayers are useless. Action!"
-
Ah, the old "I disagree with religion so I'm going to take it 100% literal and purposefully ignore the point" approach. I'm not even religious, but I'm not ignorant like some of our leftist/atheist brethren.

It's an excuse to be a heathen. It's what keeps AIDS and HIV around. Good thing we have Big Pharma, amirite?

Black woman calls Chicago mayor a nergo during illegals rant

Be careful, if you call him dumb, he's put you on ignore. He doesn't like those kinds of facts. -

I agree. If you're taking someone's account for things, sure, I can see the source mattering, but when you have an unedited video I don't see how you can question it. If the tag line is "A lot of black people are calling the mayor a negro" and just show 1 instance, then I can see the hesitation. That's not the case here. They said "A woman", then showed the video. I've seen abbreviated clips of this meeting and saw a lot of black people calling out the mayor's policies on the illegal immigrants, so I know a lot of them are angry. Now, I don't know the full extent, but I do know there's a lot of people unhappy. -

Link from CNN (so libtards can't complain about the source): A nice 4 hour video so they can see how many there were, for themselves. -

House passes $895 billion defense bill with controversial provision on gender-affirming care 🌈
TBayXXXVII replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
From the article... If I recall, many people on this board who are on the left and the right, seem to be in agreement that they should stay away from kids. Of course, the far leftists of the crowd are fine with that, but I believe that is the minority. Correct me if I'm wrong. With that being said, Adam Smith's last statement implies that this is a far-right stance. If that's what he thinks, I think we can all agree that he is a far leftist. -
That's not good. Generally this is a sign of osteoporosis.

What goal posts? You said good like finding him [Fauci] guilty. I just pointed out in NY that Trump was convicted of 34 felony's, but we don't even know what those felony's are. Apparently in NY, you can just find someone guilty of a crime as long as you think they're guilty of "something".
-
They should probably try him in NY. I hear that in their trials, you don't actually need proof of something illegal, you just need jurors to think that he's guilty of "something" and they don't all have to agree on what that "something" is.

I don't know... I seem to think this might be a perfect job for Belichick. He calls ALL the shots, money isn't an issue, and he has no one telling him who he can and can not recruit. I think he might do really well there. -
Donald Trump named TIME magazine “Person of the Year”…
TBayXXXVII replied to posty's topic in The Geek Club
Based on that, it looks like a local NY radio station that will simulcast ESPN when they don't have anyone or anything, going on locally. That's probably why you never hear any Trump stuff... unless they're saying something bad about him. Of course, it's up to the stations to sell ad time and it's possible that Trump isn't wasting money in buying up that ad time in a demographic that wouldn't be favorable. So it might be Trump's doing and not the radio stations. -

What did you ask for Xmas from the Wife/Partner/S.O.
TBayXXXVII replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
She and I both employ the same tactics. We listen to each other throughout the year and make mental notes and surprise each other by showing that we listened all year. I'll say, "Why's it so cold in here", "How come the grass isn't cut", or "Why's it so hot in here", and I've been know to say "How come the remote doesn't work" She'll buy me sweatshirts, a lawn mower, a ceiling fan, or batteries. She'll say, "What aren't the dishes washed", "How come the floors are a mess", and "Why are the clothes still in the basket in the laundry room". So I'll buy her a new dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and clothes washer.
