Not in the 90's. Cutler was a rookie in the early 2000's. He came out the same year as Leinart and Young. I don't remember the exact year, but it was after 2000. 90's Bears was Harbaugh, wasn't it? ETA: Duh, we're on the freaking internet. I'm guessing he's thinking about '95 with Erik Kramer. He was 7th in yards and 4th in TD's that year.

Duh, it's (D)ifferent when they do it.

I know. The nerve of him to give the rule of law back to the states, like the Constitution intended.

Richardson's ceiling is higher, is floor is also lower. Depends on what you want from your QB. Right now, Stroud is better than Mahomes. That's not just two weeks either. He was better than Mahomes last year too. Stroud averaged 18.7 fpg, Mahomes 18.4. It's all about your comfort level.

    What's happening with Kelce?

I think too many off-field distractions.

With competent offensive coaching in today's NFL, prime years Cunningham would be the best QB in the league. Yes, better than Mahomes.

He's Lamar Jackson without the elite defense.

    Drafted dissapointments so far 2024

In my keeper league, I'm fine. No real complaints. My initial keepers were Stroud, J. Taylor, R. White, J. Chase, & C. Watson. I had no plans on starting Watson, so I expected him to be my WR3 or preferably, my WR4. Through trades, I got the #1 pick and took Barkley. With my normal pick, #7, I took Burrow as my 2nd QB (2 QB league), then took Rashee Rice, Evan Engram, then Trevor Lawrence, Chris Godwin, & finally JSN. At that point, I felt fine and just took rookies the rest of the way, taking (Dowdle, Benson, Corum, Odunze, Penix, and Tracy. Hopefully one or two pan out as a long term keeper. If they don't, no biggie. I did make a trade after the draft though. Because Burrow and Lawrence had the same bye week, I traded Lawrence for Mayfield. Worked out pretty well. I started 3 RB's W1 with Mayfield & Stroud, and Godwin & Rice at WR... led the league in scoring with 160 points. W2, I started Chase instead of White, and was 3rd in the league at 142 and sitting at 2-0. I have 4 WR's I'm comfortable starting and 3 RB's... I only need to start 5 of the 7. I have 3 QB's that I'm good with so my only issue is TE. As long as Engram is ok, I'll be ok. In a different league, I went with the old, 'eh, let's see what happens' approach. I wanted to target guys I haven't had the last couple years. I took B. Hall @ #5, then Pacheco in R2. Then followed that up with Collins, Nabers, Walker, and Higgins. I felt pretty comfortable with those 6. I mean, obviously injuries are an issue now, but at the time and pre-injury, I was fine them. Still fine with them if they come back before it's too late, LOL. Got A. Cooper, B. Rob, JSN, & McConkey over the next few picks and then just got guys. Took Jonnu Smith with my last pick as my lone TE. Took Jordan Love as my lone QB. I'm not disappointed with any pick really. Currently 0-2 in that league, but 4th in scoring. A bit of bad luck with injuries and crap, but I have no issues with the players I drafted. In my office league, I usually take bigger risks because it's an 8-team league and it's not one I particularly try to kill it. I'm currently 1-1 and 3rd in overall scoring. Because it's an 8-team league, we start 2 QB's, mine are Stroud, Daniels, C. Williams, and Rodgers. We start 2 RB's, 2 WR's, and 1 Flex, so I took Breece Hall at #6 overall, then Jefferson @ #11. After taking Stroud, I took Achane, Waddle, Nabers, Walker, & J. Williams. After going 3 QB's in a row, I took some shots with guys I was very low on in case I was wrong... Z. White and T. Spears. In this league, we don't have an IR spots, so I've already cut White and Spears. Can't say I have any disappointments really. Just bad luck with a few injuries. It happens.
  9. WINNER!!! My son just turned 28 last month... I passed the point of being doubled his age for the last time a looong time ago. I was still in my early 30's when that happened. He turned 16 the same year I turned 32. Glad you weren't like me.
  10. My rule of thumb for age is half of mine. I'm 44, so if you're 22 or under, you're still a kid.

    what's wrong with mcdonalds?

The last time I ate at McDonald's, geez, has to be a good 10 years ago I guess... I ordered a double cheeseburger with all the toppings of a Big Mac. Got it freshly made and the only difference between what I got for a dollar cheaper than my cousin who got the Big Mac, was that I didn't get the third slice of bread.
  12. True, I guess. I mean, if they were 18... they weren't kids in the first place, right. LOL You have more faith in them than I do. Look at the people who post here that would jump for joy if Harris wins.

    It is NOT Tua time......

He needs that time off. Hopefully in that time, he heals up and learns how to not take a hit or lead with his head.
  14. The original video for this came out a long time ago... before Trump's re-election bid I believe. So I'll say 2019? If you ask college kids the same questions today, I wonder if you get the same type of answers. If you asked those same kids that question today, I wonder if they give the same answer.

Shots fired near Trump as he leaves Florida club

I tried that sentiment along the Pacific Coast states, but that didn't work either.

Thoughts On The 2024 QB Class So far ?

Just a hunch... I think JaMarr Chase will be available.

    Bryce Gets Benched

That's good for everybody, though it won't make much of a difference. Young clearly isn't ready... but that team is crap regardless of who's under center.

I think I agree with this. Depending on what/who I have at other positions, it might be worth a shot. I have Engram in one league, stream in another, and Ferguson in another. I wouldn't mind trying to package something up to get him.

Starting to look that way. We'll have to see how teams pre-pair for the Lions going forward and how the Lions address it.

To me, it looked like the Lions game plan was to keep throwing the ball to St. Brown and Williams, even if they weren't open... then sometimes, dump it off to Gibbs. I can kinda understand that at first. Tampa was without Winfield, Hayes, and Kancy, before the game even started, so they were down a safety, a DB, and DL. On top of that, McCollum was questionable and there was speculation he may not play. So, heading into the game, the Lions knew the Bucs were without a starting DL, their best safety and at least their #2 DB and their #3 DB was going to be limited. So, an initial game plan of "let's throw the ball everywhere", wasn't a bad one. Now, they did get screwed early on with that interception, that as DPI that the refs missed... but that was literally their first pass attempt. They never figured out over the next 54 that they should've changed their approach? Teams generally don't have success running the ball against Tampa, so that's another thing where I get their idea of throwing the ball a lot. The thing is, early on, they were having some success. Tampa was selling out to stop the pass... but the Lions just chose to keep throwing. I never understood what they were doing.
  22. Show me the primary ballot that has Harris and others running to be on the ballot for President and then show me where she won.
  23. LOL, Worms throws gun!
  24. I'm calling out the credibility of the OP (yeah you), to be a judge of character to even bring up the topic. You have zero, by the way.
  25. How about when a party is subverting democracy by selecting your representative instead of you voting for that person? Especially after spending 4 years complaining about the other guy trying to that very thing? You'd think people that appreciate the constitution could understand that. We've seen that clearly you don't.
