Just a way for Hollywood to get more black people into movies, since they can't come up with better ideas. Also, because they're finding that there's not a lot of money in black lead movies, so they're going to "sure things".
  2. Sure, but going back, you said my friend was an idiot. To that, I said, how do you know my friend is the idiot and not the person paying a lot of money for the cards of today? What if Tatis or Acuna have a hole in their game and teams find it out at some point this year or next, and they turn out to be nothing more than flash in the pan players? The money that people paid for them is a huge loss. People paying a ton of money for an unknown outcome are gambling. They're also destined to never get the return on value. To me, that's an idiot.
  3. ... and that card is from 1973, so it's 47 years old. To be fair, 47 years and 50 years isn't really all that much of a gap, is it?
  4. It should. I mean, why wouldn't people want a President who believes in the constitution?
  5. Maybe you're right, I don't follow the industry. I just know that I called a dealer and told him I had a 1973 Mike Schmidt rookie card is good condition. He told me to stop by his place. He saw it, and offered me $25 for it. He said it wasn't old enough nor in mint condition. Kinda proved my friend right. He did say though, that a cards value is the value to which someone is willing to pay. He told me that if I find someone who'll give me $1000, for it, to sell it because it's not worth that. Now, the Tatis and Soto cards may be going for $300, etc... but maybe they're the idiots for paying that because they'll never get the return on investment.

    "Boo Hoo Hoo", Texas Rangers

Not really. It doesn't disappear, but it's viewed as Karma. You got what you deserved. They still might have thrown at him the next inning.
  7. A friend of mine who's a collectibles dealer, said that the only cards that have value are at least 50 years old. I showed him cards that I found and that a friend found, that were from the 70's and 80's. He said there's a few that are probably worth a few dollars, maybe even $100, but they're not old enough to have true value. I have a Mike Schmidt rookie card (1973 card), he said he'd buy it for $50 because we're friends. He said that because it isn't in mint condition, it won't sell for a good chunk of change for another 30 years, and that's if it's encased now. If cards aren't in mint condition, they have no real value.

I have stopped eating at work

I eat 5 to 6 times a day. I eat at home. I eat at the gym. I eat at work. It's not THAT you're eating, it's WHAT you're eating, that's the issue.

    Trump Pardons Election Fraudster.

You know, I always laugh at the "misogynistic" and "patriarchal" rants of some people. They think that all women wanted the right to vote. In fact, most women didn't want the right to vote because they didn't want to have to be subject to the tasks that men had to, in order to be allowed to vote. They didn't want to have to pay taxes. They didn't want to have to be eligible for military service. Women as a whole, accepted that they would be excluded from those conditions, and then wanted the right to vote. It's also humorous that Republican's are the biggest target of such claims, even though it was the Republican's who pushed for women to get the right to vote and the Dems fought hard against. But of course, the excuse is "the two sides switched".

Do you believe in God ?

No, but I don't discount the possibility that I could be wrong.

No, she's the one on the right. She's married to some dude who's a writer/tv person. I've never heard of him.

Kimberly Klacik is Running for Congress in My Disrrict

This isn't possible. I was told a few months ago, by @Patriotsfatboy1 (I think - might not have been him though), that the Republican's are the racist's who draw the voting district lines to suppress the black vote.

Is Miles Sanders a top 20 pick?

I'd take him in the first round. I have him ranked as my RB6 this year.

If Masks work, why can't we vote normally?

This is where I'm at on this. If out of about 1M people... even if it's 500k, only 52 people tested positive with COVID, I'm not concerned.

If Masks work, why can't we vote normally?

For primaries, I see no reason why mail-in ballots are bad. Don't care. Everyone is voting for their own party. Have at it. That shouldn't be the case in the general election. I'm not a fan at all of NJ doing it. The problem I have with the whole mail-in ballots (non-absentee), is that states may opt to keep this in place well after this election. I think it's a bad precedent to set.

If Masks work, why can't we vote normally?

Ditto. If you want a ballot, you have to request one. Simple. Even if you have to put down an excuse, "COVID", should be perfectly acceptable. Again, you should just have to request it.

If Masks work, why can't we vote normally?

Another thing... how many people voted? Wisconsin has almost 6 million residents. Lets assume that only 1M voted. They only traced 52 cases back to voting? 52? That's it? A whopping 0.0052%! You know what? Shut it down. All in-person voting... shut it down!!!

If Masks work, why can't we vote normally?

From their data (link from @Mike Honcho), in the "Conclusion" section, it says: Let me ask you this. If I took that section and replaced any reference from "voting" to "population", would anyone question it?
