Connecticut teacher sues after being disciplined for criticizing 'identity, privilege' training
Bert replied to seafoam1's topic in The Geek Club
Bible study? The Bible is a political work of man. It has been modified hundreds of times to appease the masses and gain more followers. These are irrefutable facts. When you study the "Bible" do you study all of the books, including those that were removed? If it was the true word of God why was it modified so many times? I guess God was confused and changed his mind alot? -
The old Bay of Pigs match ups!

That he is a fraud that made 100s of millions of dollars whipping white privileged people into an irrational frenzy of fear. Just like his c*nt ivory tower wife did in the '80s.

Damn I missed it. I would have gone with something like: He is dead because he had no honor and God was watching.

Is that another quote from your little children's story book?

Do you always get so sensitive when people bring up the dozens of texts that were removed from the book of fiction you are constantly quoting?

It was a little warn. -
It is a serious question. Texas, that is full of a bunch of environmental change deniers, is only using 18% coal and leads the nation in wind power generation.

Not this year. My work travel schedule is FUBAR until the fall. -
Damn I had no idea Michigan was so far behind. Why are y'all so far behind?
-
Does Michigan still get most of its electricity from coal fired power plants? ETA: Texas gets 80% of its power from Nat Gas, Wind, Nuclear and Solar less than 20% comes from coal.

Breakout the winter coats the temperature dropped from 120 to 114. -
This is also a huge issue with home solar panels. Most of them are made in china in factories using coal fired electricity and shipped on container ships burning hi pollutant fuel. So there is little or no net benefit to the environment.

The tax incentives are there but it is going to be 20-30 plus years before most cars in the US are electric.
-
You need to do your research. This industry is getting massive tax incentives.

They still smell like burning azz. I hate going to a nice restaurant and a waiter walks by with those smell nasty things stinking up the whole damn restaurant. A bunch of cilantro served in a dirty ash tray probably tastes better.

And if they adhere to the Paris accord, which is unlikely, they will increase emissions every year until 2030.

NYC Mayor Adams declares state of emergency after 17,000 migrants spark shelter 'crisis'

I've been busy. -
Building power lines alone is an enormous bureaucratic hurdle that can take years to gain approval. The average review of renewable energy projects takes about 3.5 years, but there are cases in which a single transition line took over a decade to be completed – in one particularly egregious example, the TransWest Express project took 18 years to get approved, and is expected to take another five years to be completed. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/The-US-Needs-To-Double-The-Size-Of-Its-Energy-Grid.html People claim they want to electrify but no one wants power lines in their back yard.

NYC sells itself as a sanctuary city. So a city of 8.5 million people gets 17,000 migrants and they have to declare a state of emergency???
