I saw an interview of a lady that was there in front of Trump just a few feet away say she thought if he hadn't turned his head it would have been a much worse day.

I would think Trump's protection sniper should have been able to taken the guy out as soon as he raised his rifle and pointed it at Trump.

Secret Service statement is that the shooter had an AR-15 style rifle, fired at least 8 shots from an elevated position outside the venue from 200 to 300 yards away. The shooter is dead. A bystander is dead. TWO critically wounded.

This is exactly true. Biden and Kamala and others have said Donald Trump is a threat to democracy.

His Political campaign people do their own polling, modeling, etc. If they thought he couldn't win he would bow out. So obviously he can still win the presidency for a second term despite your opinion, and the opinion of George Clooney, some rich donors, and some Democratic leaders (congressmen and governors).
