I take a sandwich (ham, turkey, or salami, or peanut butter) and chips. I wrap the sandwich in wax paper and put it in a zip lock bag.. I grab an ice pack out of the fridge to keep it cold. I don't notice any sogginess. I use Rotella Italian bread.
