U.S. Military and boat strikes thread - Was The Follow-Up Boat Strike a War Crime?
Gepetto replied to squistion's topic in The Geek Club
google AI shows the following (when searching for: extrajudicial killings us constitution) - The U.S. Constitution, through its Due Process and Fourth Amendment clauses, generally prohibits extrajudicial killings, which are deprivations of life outside of the legal process. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee that no person shall be "deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law," a standard that extrajudicial killings are seen to violate. However, the application of this principle is debated, particularly concerning targeted killings of suspected terrorists abroad, with arguments centering on the definitions of "imminent threat" and the scope of executive authority in counterterrorism operations. -
U.S. Military and boat strikes thread - Was The Follow-Up Boat Strike a War Crime?

Nope, not all. I agree these killings are not allowed as carried out (per the US Constitution) and not right. I agree with Rand Paul. -
Israel Gaza thread- is the peace agreement still in effect?
Gepetto replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
He's out there recording. I don't see it in the video is what I'm saying. You'd think he would have recorded that if it happens exactly how he claims it did. I even think it's possible he believes the IDF set him up, but they didn't. It's possible he's correct, yes, but he doesn't provide video evidence backing it up is all I'm saying. -
Israel Gaza thread- is the peace agreement still in effect?
Gepetto replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
Like I said, they didn't set him up to be attacked like he accuses them of. Also, he's a pro-Palestinian press guy from the USA claiming he's checking the grapes. In reality he's there to find a gotcha against Israel and the IDF, similar to what you do here. Now he's crying the Israeli govt. and the US govt. aren't doing enough and he says next time he will have to actually get injured. I'm done talking about this now. -
Another lie. The video shows him using his phone before Kirk is shot. When Kirk is shot he ducks down then he gets away. Stop with the stupid twitter posts. Fockin A.

He accuses the IDF of setting them up to allow them to be ambushed by Israelis. He claims the IDF pointed them a certain direction and then quickly left them. There's no proof that IDF set them up for an attack that I saw. I watched the entire video. -
I was thinking this too.

His video doesn't show the IDF doing what he accuses them of doing. Why is that? -

Inflation always occurs. We just don't want ridiculous inflation like what happened in Biden's term. Actually they were projecting 3.1% inflation and it was only 3.0% inflation, which was a pleasant surprise.

That's fair. I want to know why he's making a deal for beef with Argentina, when our farmers need those beef sales, they're finally making decent money on beef and new Trump does he beef deal with Argentina. edit: Trump claims he's trying to help bring down beef prices to help beef grocery prices, and also that the assistance is contingent on Milei’s party winning next week’s legislative elections, however. -

It says why in your link. President Trump announced on Thursday that he has called off the deployment of federal immigration agents to San Francisco, just as they were beginning to gather at a Coast Guard base in the Bay Area. Mr. Trump said in a post on Truth Social that he had stopped the federal action in San Francisco at the request of friends who live in the Bay Area and who vouched for the work of the city’s Democratic mayor, Daniel Lurie. Mr. Trump specifically cited Marc Benioff, the chief executive of Salesforce, who set off a local firestorm for initially saying he wanted the National Guard in San Francisco, and Jensen Huang, the president and chief executive of Nvidia. Mr. Benioff later apologized and said he did not want Guard troops in the city. Mr. Trump said that federal officials were “preparing to ‘surge’ San Francisco, California, on Saturday,” until his friends asked him to stop because Mr. Lurie was making “substantial progress.” Mr. Lurie said in a statement that Mr. Trump had told him of the reversal in a phone call late Wednesday night. He said the two men spoke about San Francisco’s recent drop in crime, the return of tourists after the pandemic and the city’s booming artifi -

Maybe you've heard the song, if you listen to it: released in January 1997 in the US AI Overview "Your Woman" by White Town was a massive hit, reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart and charting internationally in countries like Spain and Iceland. It was a significant success in the US as well, peaking at number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was also notable for being one of the first major hits recorded entirely in a bedroom studio, which contributed to its "novelty hit" status for some listeners.

Actually it's not surprising at all. I give him a lot of credit for speaking up about the reality of what the Democratic Party is doing.
