Diets high in sugar hurts your intelligence.

When you make a post sounding like a condescending jackass you want to make sure your facts are correct. The HFCS industry is not subsidized.

Reducing HFCS production would help in other ways. The farmland that is currently producing corn could be switched over to crops that are healthy and the increased supply of healthy foods would drive down the price.

    Straight White Male

I am not going to read the article, although i do agree with the statement that straight white males have the easiest time in America.

Who's content do you pay for?

profootballfocus and football outsiders are my two favorite sites for stats.

Who's content do you pay for?

Not all stats are free. Broken tackles, blocking, etc are all stats that you have to pay for. For example Roy Helu was the 4th best pass blocking runningback last season, and it is something he should improve at going into his second season. He is going to be tough to take off the field in 3rd downs this year.

  13. Its funny that you chose the dodo bird as an example, because the largest corporation of the renaissance era was the primary reason for the dodo birds extinction. The east india trading company set up a large base on the island where the dodo bird lived. They hunted the birds, plus brought rats, dogs, and pigs which finished the dodo bird off. My two internships were at a strip mine that has been operating since the early 1900's. In the late 60's and early 70's major laws were passed that regulated strip mining. Everything mined after 1970 looks native, like it was never mined. Where as nothing grows on the land that was mined before 1970. The mining laws the EPA put in place in the late 60's were a major success and are one of the reasons that strip mining is an environmentally friendly way of mining coal and minerals today. The EPA does many things wrong, and complicates industry, but i have seen first hand why the EPA is a necessary evil.

    Steelers Backfield

He was the 3rd down and short yardage back last year. In addition he is an excellent receiver and pass blocker. He was the runningback in obvious pass situations last year. He had 18 receptions playing part time. I would project 40-60 receptions if he plays the whole season. I like redman and I feel he can be the workhorse back for the steelers this year.

Matt schaub is coming off a lis franc sprain, so I figured I needed a qb 3. I like sam bradfords upside. A couple years ago he finished top 10, and the rams are trying hard to upgrade his receiver corp.

Solution for fighting obesity in America

Jogging is good for the joints. The myth that jogging is hard on the knees was debunked years ago. http://www.livestrong.com/article/532848-is-jogging-bad-or-good-for-knee-cartilage/

There is this method of staying in shape called jogging. It can be done anywhere and is free.

  25. The places where bald eagles are going to run into the wind farms are the places where there are too many bald eagles. There are places in montana and wyoming where you can drive down the road and see eagles eating roadkill right beside the road along with ravens and crows. The eagle loses its majestic image when you begin to see that on a weekly basis. I see no problem with allowing windfarms the ability to kill some eagles now and then. My 3 least favorite animals in the world. 1. Wolves . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2. Grizzly bear 3. Eagles
