Addai or Bush would be the 2 I would consider at #3 in a PPR keeper league.
-
Rate my team QB- Manning RB- LT RB- Sjax WR- TO WR- S Smith TE- Gates K- Vinateri Def- Balt Bench- FWP, Gore, Addai, Colston, R Wayne, TJ Housh, V Davis.

I try to TivO stuff whenever i can to avoid crappy comercials like these, why would you go out of your way to watch them when you dont have to?
-
Its preseason, tough to tell.
-
Javon Walker limped off the field on his own in 05. So this is not always the case. Although i hope its not bad.
-
"probable" you mean. But we are talking about moss, and over the last couple years he has been an injury risk, and we wont know if he will or wont miss games this year because of injury till the end of the year.
-
Wali Lundi!
-
They spent 2 first round picks last year on bolstering it(and both of the picks looked solid after 1 year of evaluation). I think in a couple years down the road this team could be producing a top 5 back, I also dont think that back is currently on their roster.
-
Plus Curry should be playing from behind all year, lots of passing oppertunities!! However, he wont be any good if his QB cant stay upright again this year.
-
I bet there is a 15% chance moss finishes top 5 WR 15% chance he finishes as a solid #1. 30% chance he finishes as a solid #2 WR 20% chance he finishes outside of the top 24 WR's 20% he doesnt finish the season To say he has no shot at finishing top 5 is almost as ignorant as saying he is a lock for it. And i wont draft Moss, i think there are alot better WR's at where i see him getting drafted.
-
In that scoring system a stud LBer can score as much as a stud RB it looks like, go ray lewis and hope for a good year.
-
Why didnt you just draft a back instead of another QB?
-
You do know he was flown to a knee specialist a week ago while his team was playing to get his knee further checked out, and he is still up in the air?? Although admitadly lots of people still arent concerned, because it is only tendanitis. But we saw what happened last year after portis entered into the year injured. Thats why this decision needs to be made at the last possible moment. If Betts plays the whole year he will finish as a top 20 back.
-
I would go RB/RB and wait for a tier 3 QB in the 3rd. Because if everyone else goes QB in the 2nd you get the best #2 rb, plus in an 8 man league that RB is going to be like bush/maroney/henry anyways, and those are stud #2 rbs.
-
Its not reaching if i believe Henry will be top 5, and i know he wasnt going to make it back to me in round 2, and their was no way that i could aquire him through a trade. Look at geek consensus, they had henry at 10, The Auction values on the front page had henry at 7. When you draft LJ/SA you are drafting on the past, I draft based on what i believe they are going to do in the future.

Predicting defenses from year to year is a crapshoot. Miami, denver, and carolina are all good choices to even be top 5 defenses at the end of the year. Oakland/KC are probably the best 2 defenses to chose if you want to go a defense by committee, and not chose a defense untill round 15. I dont have a link offhand to the discussion about this, nor can i take credit for coming up with that combo, but look at the teams they play every week, they always play a terrible offense week in and week out.

I like moss, strictly because of the upside he posseses, and that late he isnt a bad deal. Its when moss goes as a top 10 WR that he is a bad deal.

Last year Caddy was playing injured the entire season. He had a terrible offense, and QB problems throughout, no passing game to take 8 out of the box, and only had 225 carries. He averaged a measly 3.5 ypc. For this upcoming year they brought in Luke Petigrout(blocker for Tiki) and they have 2 second year linemen who they are high on. And they drafted a lineman(RG)who is expected to be an upgrade, and start right away. Between a decent starting QB and the upgrades to the line i expect an increas of .4 minumum in Caddy's YPC. If he stays healthy i expect a 315 carry season out of him. This is partly due to the fact that i think Buc's defense should live up to the hype and be able to keep them in the game enough to run in the 4th quarter. This would put him at 1100 yard season. Also with this upgraded offense he should score more than 1 TD this year, lets say a conservative estimate of 5 in the rushing game. Caddy also is a pretty decent receiving back, last year even though he had dismal numbers in the rushing game he still had 200 receiving yards, their is no reason not to assume that this would go up to 250 and 2 TD's with a west coast QB like Garcia in charge. This means that i am projecting 1350 yards and 7 TD's for Caddy should he remain healthy and the defense can keep them in the game enough to rush in the 4th quarter. This would be 170-180 fantasy points. That would put him in the range of 15-25 ish for RB's a good solid #2 and decent value in the 4th. Deuce on the other hand, we know plays in a high powered offense, but he very well could lose 10 carries and a couple TD's this year to Bush, this would drop him from the 180 fantasy points he had a year ago to 165-175 just slightly below Caddy. Tampa's schedule down the stretch Week 14 Texans 19th best rushing defense last year Week 15 Atlanta- last year had 9th best rushing defense- this is a downside if they keep the same quality of rush defense. Week 16 San fran 20th best rushing defense last year This is what i posted in another thread comparing Duece to Caddy, and i say you should definently keep 1 even if you decide to go Duece

That trade would work out well, #3 and 7th rounder for #2 and 10th rounder. IF he takes it go for it, but if i had the #2 spot i would make you trade more for it.
-
I would keep Roy Williams, trying to come by solid WR play is alot tougher than trying to come by solid QB play, and Roy iwlliams ADP is 3.7 pretty decent value. Rivers is 8.7, also good value, but still take the WR.
-
http://www.buffalobills.com/news/news.jsp?NEWS_ID=4982 Lynch isnt good value unless he falls to the 4th-5th range. What RB's arent being kept and we can give you some good ideas.
-
Nah gore wont drop out of the top 5, it will either be LJ or SA, and i wouldnt touch either of those guys with a 10 foot pole.
-
I wouldnt, because i have fitz higher than Boldin and Winslow higher than cooley, and I dont have Bell much below Caddy, in fact the ceiling is just as high for Tatum as it is for Caddy, its just caddy is more likely to finish as a solid #2.

They meant swap every pick.

In the order I would take them Gore Addai FWP Bush McGahee Benson
