Pete Hegseth texted war plans to a reporter by accident
SaintsInDome2006 replied to Ron_Artest's topic in The Geek Club
He logged off the platform when he saw what was happening. However my guess is Hegseth is still posting away. - Also fir the Demented Joe Biden fans, where’s the president in this chat? -

Magnitude of the situation is greater. The security of the platform is weaker. -

I see a considerable difference between Hillary’s storing data on a server - & IIRC it was <10 emails at Secret level or higher produced redacted by FOIA - & ***war plans***. I think the answer here is Trump & his Maga supporters were never serious about national security. -

I can read the law. So can you. If you cared one whit about Hillary’s server then surely you know the statutes. -

I argued that what she did was illegal. Barking up the wrong tree there. -

My friend - posting on a non-secure platform like Signal is intentionally breaking the law. -

I argued for that multiple times. But the worst things revealed by her screwup came as a result of Foia requests. This is 1000x beyond all that. -

Shockingly the bankrupt casino owner / hotel manager, cable tv morning talk show host, & ambitious shitposter have no clue about operational security, -

Buddy I was absolutely & totally against what Hillary did. ***That was a hair on a rat’s ass compared to this. To even be using Signal for this kind of thing is massively, criminally irresponsible. -
So tonight Trump's ally Putin is attacking the old city of Odesa, residential neighborhoods and civil infrastructure is being targeted. The city is on fire.

10 of the 11 Presidents who did not obtain an Electoral College majority served as President legally

I don't think Taylor is now believed to have died of food poisoning, supposedly there was some sort of dysentery generally affecting DC resulting from the fetid waters of the Potomac by the White House. -
Well we could start with “American Carnage” vs “City on a Hill” but it extends to almost every area or subject. Immigration, attitude towards Russia, support of allies, support for democracy & traditional American ideals, tariffs, the economy, respect for the Constitution, on & on. IMO best comps for Trumpnin US history are Lyndon Larouche, Horace Greeley, Eugene Debs & WJ Bryan, except Trump won (2-1) & they all lost.

Zelensky wasn’t even in office when the war started. He was on TV, like Trump.

Trump is the anti-Reagan. You can have one or the other but not both.

JFK Assassination Records released - link in this thread
SaintsInDome2006 replied to Gepetto's topic in The Geek Club
Given the technology that exists today they could have simply searched for the term "Oswald" and just produced that. My guess is under 10% has anything to do with him. A good deal of this stuff seems like highly technical spycraft that has nothing to do with Oswald or even connected to the assassination and shouldn't have been released. And it's all entirely unredacted. The Russian and Cuban governments, and history researchers, will love it though. -

Just skipping through this stuff.... and so far maybe 10 docs, not one mention of Oswald. It's a series of highly classified looking spy/intelligence stuff. I'm starting to wonder if this stuff was never produced because it's totally irrelevant. -

I’m fine, I’ve read a good deal of history. -

It’s been going on since 2015. The whole driving force for Maga is ‘what upsets liberals is good.’ That’s the whole thing. -

Huh, confusing, I could’ve sworn I was told that Mao wasn’t a murderer. -

Ah, this is fine. Mao Tse Tung is not a murderer then. And following this conservative, logical line of reasoning, what is your take on Mao? Is he a good man who merely seized the reins of power to drive his people out of poverty? -

SaintsInDome2006 replied to MDC's topic in The Geek Club
Ordering a murder makes one a murderer. Mao murdered millions by famine, invasion, torture, public and secret executions. This is why Mao was a mass murderer. Musk is leading the Maga faithful into cute word games about communist genocide. -

The claim is that Hitler, Mao and Stalin did not murder people. Yes I am dead serious in maintaining they did. -

SaintsInDome2006 replied to MDC's topic in The Geek Club
This notion that people in power don't actually yaknow kill people is ludicrous. And I don't think such a context helps at all. He's making the false rhetorical claim that government is murderous and destructive in and of itself, without distinguishing one form of government from another. All this from a guy who is one of the biggest government contractors in the world and who is seeking to gain even more control via even more contracting. -

Strictly in my opinion, a logical adult would express that in some other way than the way he did. Regardless of the basis of your point, even you express it ably while Musk does not. We have to imagine an Elon Musk who is somehow sloppy in his words or not a fully literate person. The man can obviously express thought the way he intends.
