  1. I'm happy to look at your reply above. I'm glad you are looking at the order (which I posted the first time a few days back).
  2. I quoted the actual order. Happy to look at the above.
  3. Probably because of a host of treaties, agreements & conventions. Bukele is notoriously corrupt as is the head of the prison. No doubt a good chunk of the $12 million we’re paying to store 220 prisoners is going directly to them to ignore such things.

    Not What I Voted For

People who enter illegally can request asylum. They all do.
  5. Thank you. And I mean that in all the ways.

Yes, it's different - INS/ICE deportations and removals are handled under the 1969 INA, passed by Congress under its Art. I authority. The person seeking asylum gets a hearing or determination under an Immigration Judge. The Feds may appeal it.
  7. This is the problem. People do not want to negotiate or result to reason. The reason is the influence of money and media, and these days MSM is not the problem. Either we support the Constitution and democracy or we don't. I do. My guess is somewhere along the line you swore an oath to uphold the law and Constitution, am I right?

    Musk's exit from the Magaverse

I'll give you some examples of situations where redundancies are built in as an improvement: nuclear plants, oil wells and space travel. Now if you or I don't understand how those three things work we might well walk in and say, why it looks like they're doing the same thing repeatedly in different ways for no reason. But why? Because of the risk of failure, because humans and processes and assumptions break down. Eliminating or ignoring redundancies can be very costly and dangerous.

Right, an immigration judge and the due process afforded under the INA. And actually unlike ordinary criminal cases if the Feds / DHS / ICE lost they could appeal. Like in the Garcia case where after the judge ruled for Garcia in 2019 the Trump administration chose not to appeal even though they could have.
  10. The quoted finding of facts is on Page 3. The quoted order is on the last page.

Yes "if Biden/Obama had done it." I think at times I've heard from maga / read on maga sources that there were as many as 30 million illegals. Not three (3) million, thirty (30). And other figures which would vary. It was always ridiculous. In the end I wouldn't be surprised if Obama and Biden deported and removed more per year that Trump 1 & 2 combined.
  13. Then Amend the Constitution.
  14. This is the order I'm referring to. - It does not limit itself to country.
  15. That's your version and mine of the Constitution. That is not Trump's version.
  16. This is an extremely soft idea of law enforcement. It makes liberals look like Elliot Ness. Btw obviously others with knowledge of the inner workings & crimes in progress of MS13 & other transnational gangs will want to stay clear of DOJ & FBI. Confidential informants are probably already disappeared. It’s actually helpful to MS13 & gangs like it.
  17. Actually yes DOJ publishes such things, & they go into court records. What’s astonishing to me is there is no desire to investigate or prosecute the actual supposed crime rings he was in, MS13 & the trafficking.

LIBERATION DAY: USA and China agree to a 90 day pause on most new tariffs

It’s a tax on services, which nations don’t do. It’s not a thing because it’s incredibly onerous. The US is by far the world’s leader in services, we “export” services more than anyone. Even opening the door to this is a massive mistake.
  19. Of course it’s not your problem. You didn’t take an oath. Meanwhile there is no investigation into who were the criminals he did the trafficking with or who he trafficked.
  20. Trump ICE released him per a judge’s order in 2019. DOJ has done nothing to find out what he knows about MS-13.

Trump defies the courts, Sends migrants to El Sal Prison

    >>The Trump administration is “decommissioning” a Department of Justice unit that has long been at the center of dismantling transnational organized crime networks, drug cartels and human trafficking rings. Leaders of the unit, called the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, or OCDETF, were told they had until Sept. 30 to shut down operations, people familiar with the matter said. The people asked not to be identified, citing concerns over potential retribution. An email sent last Monday by a DOJ budget analyst to a counterpart at OCDETF said that the unit’s fiscal year 2026 budget would be “zeroed out” and the independent office dissolved, according to records obtained by Bloomberg News in response to a Freedom of Information Act request and the people familiar with the matter.<< Bloomberg: Trump is eliminating the agency dedicated to fighting transnational criminal organizations.
  22. Golly, they’re interrogating him & seeking to leverage an indictment to extract his knowledge of MS-13 workings & leadership, right? Right?
  23. If only there was some way to prosecute Garcia.
