I just made a simple point about his popular vote being relatively middlish. Which it was. Certainly doesn’t merit the abrogation of the Constitution. We threw Nixon out & he had 72% popular vote & 99% EV.

Genuinely curious so I looked. Hillary 48.23%, Trump 24, 49.70. Biden 20, 51.25. Obama’s 16, 51.01. Obama 08, 52.86. Bush 04, 50.73. Bush 00, 47.87. Gore 00, 48.38. Trump 20, 46.80. Trump 16, 45.93. - 4 winners did better than him this century & 2 losers Hillary & Gore weren’t far off. I have to say I’d forgotten Hillary won the popular by that much, sheesh.

I’d say it’s streamlined. No special counsels, no OSC, & if a prosecutor or several prosecutors decline charges just fire them & get one of Trump’s personal attorneys to do what he says. Easy. There really aren’t any excuses for any delays. And actually if people really believe the autopen business the pardons are null & void too. I don’t think Congress is coming back, sort of a moot point. We’ve redlined 90% of the Constitution at this point, might as well strike out all of Sec. I too.

Oh right, Garland appointed a special counsel and exposed all his crimes. What about the sex stuff, AG Bond isn’t going to appoint a special counsel? What about Seth Rich, finally solving that one or nah?
