That's not "per the Affidavit," this is per the Affidavit: I don't know if a case can be dismissed at arraignment but this might be, especially if it's treated as a preliminary hearing.

The Affidavit says the judge pointed the guy to the exit through the jury door, whereupon he went into a public hallway filled with agents, whereupon he was arrested. This won't make it past arraignment.

Eh for the record, Trump was never arrested, even in his four indictments. He was indicted then it was offered for him to show up for processing at an arranged time at his preference.

This is definitely true - ignoring the law, being sued, losing, and then backtracking the illegal action will be before more than one judge and it is going to be very costly.

He threatened to, then he did but then he didn’t. The US is still funding Ukraine. He may have genuinely believed that Ukraine would just fold when he did that, they didn’t, he relented & what’s more he’s embroiled the US in the minerals deal which is pretty funny because now we have a formal economic tie to Ukraine. But again why does Trump care about a peace deal?

Fox this morning had a live report from the Long Beach port reporting that incoming container shipments are way down & port employment is sharply down. There’s no work. It’s just a repeat of the Covid supply chain debacle.
