I don't know what to tell you, Trump said that. That's a problem for his supporters not for Harris.

I'm ok with it if nothing wrong happened. But if the DOJ issued an indictment showing some sort of subterfuge and deception that would change my mind. On the other hand there will be people who will never let go of the idea that wrongdoing occurred even if Bondi, Ratcliffe, Gabbard, Patel and Bongino never find any themselves.

You want me to address the issue of the letter itself? Let's say this - if Marco Rubio lassoed 50 ex-IC officers/agents to publish a letter covering up some crime of Trump or Vance, then yeah I'm sure I would be demanding their indictment. I personally do not think the Blinken letter was false, wrong or misleading. That's just me and I'm willing to defend that but I also think that if the DOJ brought a good case against it I'd consider myself shocked but thankful they brought it to light. But you really, really have a hard line arguing that Bondi, Patel and Bongino (!) are protecting Blinken.

The data is handed off to Trump's own attorney, who brings it to Trump's own AG, who hands it to the FBI run by Trump's own FBID, and the laptop data is used by Trump's own US Attorney to convict Hunter Biden twice before two Trump appointed judges. Is there something else?

I'm in favor of investigating public officials of all stripes and sizes of office. IG's, DA's, USA's, FBI, DEA, ICE, the Post Office, let them investigate.

I'm only going to agree with you about every single thing about Smollett. And Harris had a lot of problems as a candidate but her rush to support him without knowing the facts is a pretty good example of her flaws. - Eh I tend to vote for conservative judges. My problem with judge races (at least here) is no one shows up to vote for them, liberal and conservative the voters don't care.

They have a lot to do with reality, they're sworn statements. The persons who stole Ashley Biden's diary were indicted and it was so unbelievable that even the worst of the worst right wing blogs didn't want to touch it. If everyone from Breitbart to Rebel News and even Garrett Ziegler won't touch it that says a lot.

IIRC data was also seized during the raid and arrest in Palm Beach FL. That data disappeared. The US Attorney then was Alex Acosta, who of course Trump named as his Labor Secretary.

Actually IMO my approach is if people generally are doing better that’s more important than if I personally am doing well or not, that’s the most important part of politics or government.
