He's making the false rhetorical claim that government is murderous and destructive in and of itself, without distinguishing one form of government from another. All this from a guy who is one of the biggest government contractors in the world and who is seeking to gain even more control via even more contracting.

Strictly in my opinion, a logical adult would express that in some other way than the way he did. Regardless of the basis of your point, even you express it ably while Musk does not.
