This refers to arrests, not removals. What I posted were removals. The claim by Lyons is about arrests, he's claiming that people were arrested when they were merely processed. Understood. However, what I posted were current (this administration) statistics of removals under the Biden and Trump2 administrations. Btw, as a reminder, this started when it was merely posted that Trump exclaimed we must have open borders, and there isn't even a federal Dem politician who has said such a thing. There's no need to wheel around it, Trump says a bunch of stuff that he is ill-informed on and generally all he wants to do is get the person he is dealing with to do what he wants and he will say anything and everything to do that.

Taiwan had a 1.7% tariff on the US, that's negligible. The US & Vietnam had a free trade agreement. Israel had previously - note, previously - dropped its tariff amount to 0.00%.

So as a reward for this Trump slapped a 32% tariff on them. Meanwhile, our enemy, China, received a 34% tariff. Taiwan currently has a 1.7% tariff on US goods, so no doubt they think it's no big deal to go to zero. Now how Trump figured a 32% tariff in response to a 1.7% tariff, with a US ally no less, was a good idea, who knows. Of course they will need to wait for El Jefe del Junta to have time to review the terms, should take no time at all.
