The guy on the right is Thomas Fugate, he is 22, he has no law enforcement experience & he oversees the FBI’s domestic terrorism unit. Its resources were largely hollowed out and rededicated to immigration.

Somewhat by the WSJ. In the same breath the article points out the gun & casings were found - in a wooded area, wrapped in a towel - it says there has been pushback within the bureau. There is no suspect & no motive.
